I don't .... earlier this year when my A/C died - I got really crook. Still recovering. THankfully got it fixed within a week.
Where I am - when it gets really hot, it is also really humid - so water cooling just doesn't help at all, matter of fact - sufficient water tends to be coating the entire body at all times as it is.
Challenge Mode : Play WoW like my disability has me play:
You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.
Window fans, one bringing air in, the other pulling it out, then ceiling and table fan
Evaporative cooler if you live in a dry climate. Works quite well, much cheaper than a/c, and you can even build one for cheap if you don't want to buy a unit. Can be mobile if you need to move it around the house.
I open a window. It rarely gets super hot in Denmark and there is almost always atleast a mild breeze blowing.
Fuck that noise, I get an air conditioner. I have zero heat tolerance, also can't stand humidity...probably a 0 percent chance I will ever move to the South.
I don't need it.
Once we hit even slightly above 25°C, the next day it drops down to 12°C for a week or so.
Nature is our AC and it's starting to take a toll on me. I don't know for how much longer I can live with 10-15 degrees ups and downs every second day or so.
I am a winter guy. I am that guy in the winter still wearing a T shirt mostly because I find it hot indoors in winter. Also I get too hot in a jacket.
Yeah, as Winter Blossom said, just install your AC...you can create a better barrier by fitting the unit properly into the window, also consider using weather stripping tape.
https://www.amazon.com/GermGuardian-...ct_top?ie=UTF8 helps a ton with allergies, I have a couple of them.
Drug yourself with antihistamines to keep the allergy down!
I don't know, I am not used to dealing with such temperatures, Perks of living in a colder climate, temperatures rarely exceeds 25C and right now its like 3:08 in the morning so it is a comfortable 12C outside right now.
