About the Guild:
Top Horde Mythic Guild on Blackhand/Galakrond, <Ambiguously Offensive>, is opening recruitment for Legion. We have been raiding together for the entirety of Warlords of Draenor and plan to continue that through Legion and beyond.
What we expect:
We expect commitment to the guild and our raid schedule. We understand that real life happens and won't punish you for that, but we need to be informed before hand if you will miss raid times. However, if it is a constant problem, we will have to seek replacements.
Guild repairs and Raid items are supplied by the guild bank. All we ask in return is for raiders to do their part to help make sure that our bank stays stocked.
We will not tolerate toxic behavior in Guild, Raid, or Trade chat. There is plenty of friendly competition and teasing to be had, but if any individual is known to regularly say or do things that make people uncomfortable or unsafe, they will be removed from guild.

<Bad Guys> is a weekend raiding guild looking for more dedicated and fun-loving people seeking to progress through Legion content on a two day schedule.
We currently raid Saturday and Sunday 6pm-10pm CST. Our progress is 8/10 in Mythic Nighthold.
The majority of <Bad Guys> has raided together since Wrath of the Lich King, with some of us having been together since vanilla and The Burning Crusade. We believe in forming friendship through raiding, while simultaneously taking clearing content very seriously.
Since we raid on the weekend to accommodate hectic lives(curse being adults!), we expect all of our raiders to do the following:
1)Maintain 90% raid attendance
2)Fully understand your class and min/maxing to reach your potential
3)Show up to raids with full consumables, enchants, upgrades, and gems
4)Follow directions and be willing to accept constructive criticism
5)Use the following addons-Deadly Boss Mods, Exorsus Raid Tools, RcLootCouncil
6)Have a working microphone and be willing to speak up if the need arises.

Daytime aiding is the most underrepresented time to raid, and many of our members work nights/early mornings or live overseas. We are currently 10/10H and 3/10M, and several of our raiders have previously completed further NH Mythic content.
We are currently fleshing out our team in preparation for Tomb of Sargeras, and we aim to hit the new tier with a full core of 20-25 members, entering Mythic content as soon as it's available.

We also run M+ and old content on off-nights, and our tight-knit community is active in-game and on Discord.

ALLIANCE <Everything is Fine> of Whisperwind is a newer guild comprised of members that came together after a collapse of multiple guilds. We all share a vision of what we want raiding to be and decided to create our own guild. After coming together we quickly progressed through Mythic Nighthold, progressing to 7/10M in just two weeks (four total nights) while being undermanned. We then progressed to 9/10M after another three weeks. Gul’dan is on the horizon and will be dead before Tomb of Sargeras is released. Going into to ToS we plan on breaking into the top 20 in the world for guilds that raid two nights a week. We’re looking for any exceptional applicants to fill out our roster. We have a distinct lack of Warlocks and Shadow Priests at the moment but don’t let that deter you from applying if you’re not one of those classes. Loot:
Loot is distributed via RC Loot Council. Based on a variety of factors including attendance, necessity, performance and size of upgrade to the raid as a whole.
What we're looking for:
As a 3 day/ 7 1/2HR per week guild, we need to make every hour we play count. As such we're looking for players who's attitudes and personality fit in with our current group of players. We're looking for people who value approaching a new challenge by preparing and utilizing all resources they have at their disposal... not wasting their own time or their teammates' by coming into a new challenge unprepared or unresearched.
Ability to make 90% of our raids.
Dedicated raiding mindset. This includes using consumables on every fight, researching your classes' theorycrafting to min-max to the fullest, looking at your classes' tips/tricks before each new raid encounter, being on time and ready for every night, etc.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: We're looking for intelligent human beings, and you should be able to convey your intelligence in how you present yourself. This includes knowing game mechanics, having quick reaction time, and being able to learn from your mistakes. You should be able to explain your classes' weakness and strengths, know the theorycraft to min/max your class, and what abilities to use when. You must be able to learn quickly from your mistakes and adapt to new situations, as well as have a strong sense of situational awareness and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Our class needs are as follows:
Tank - N/A
Healer - N/A
Range Dps - N/A
Melee DPS - Assasination Rogue / Havoc Demon / Ret Paladin / Enchancement Shaman / Feral Druid
NOTE: We are not recruiting this many players. We have a lot of options to which classes we can take, and have a general need for good players of specific roles defined above.
At minimum we are current looking for Raiders with:
-910 equip ilvl or higher Equip
-Artifact Weapon level of 55 or higher
