Where does it stand going into ToS for resto and dps specs? Anyone know? 7591 int proc, 2.5 % more healing and damage, 1.24 damage reduction - 40 % more healing and mana from pots. Which seems good going into progression.

I'll be using that or the 900 promises for progression. The proc from the alchemy stone is absolutely massive, combined with the mana return and it's pretty amazing. I've been running the 900 promises in M+ and loving it.
