I intentionally look for groups of 5~ doing sentinax or outside kara to give myself a challenge.
No one person could kill my DK, so its a bit more fun to kill 5 instead of just one.
What were they thinking? The same thing they were thinking when Rogues used to keep you stunned for the entirety of whatever time they needed to kill you in Classic.
Nothing.
World pvp doesn't matter to anyone ever.

honestly it's not the damage, it's the fucking crazy amount of health.
And tbh it's not a big deal until you are trying to do something like the underbelly, where tanks just roflstomp everyone.

As a caster can barely get a cast off in the fist place without some DH tank soul carving my ass in two adding to the problem.
there have been some nerfs lately to tanks (that were for Template PvP, but have affected wPvP because the reduced healing applies in wPvP for whatever reason) that have reduced the survivability of some tanks.
My Prot Paladin now feels like tissue paper compared to my DK. The healing nerf to Light/Hand of the Protector was a pretty huge nerf.
Once you're out of Shield of the Righteous charges... you're done. You fold up pretty quick.
My Blood DK, though.. i do fine unless i get just outright blown up in one or two globals (which CAN happen. Had a mage back to back me for over 3 million each. Was dead before i even knew what happened).
And DHs? Forget it. For whatever reason, their self heals are left utterly insane even in PvP. Went toe to toe with a DH tank who was camping people at an Emissary turn in today. He'd go from ~20% to full in like 2 seconds, over and over and over.
He finally just left because he couldn't kill me (as my BDK) - but when he got me low, it took a LOT more to get my HP back than him.
Fought a DH tank with 7m HP yesterday with a warrior and rdruid on my rogue. The fucker would actually take damage and drop down pretty quickly while stunned yet somehow he healed himself from like 500k to full while stunned. Maybe I didn't pay well enough attention and he healed that much a split second after leaving a stun or something but that's actually insane. He also just casually killed me a few times with AoE abilities while killing the warrior. Pretty disgusting honestly.
Then again I have 0 clue how DH tanks even work. I did however notice one of his buffs go up and down rapidly and when I hovered over it it mentioned those orbs that heal him. I assume there's an ability that generates those things incredibly fast and that's how he actually sustains himself.
I play my blood dk in pvp and can happily say its way too OP
