T19 Vs T20 Affliction Question

If this has already been posted in an older thread feel free to delete and apologies in advance. After Google searching for a bit and asking around in game I haven't really gotten a definitive answer on this yet. When is an appropriate time to break t19 4 set for affliction? I currently have an LFR 2 piece for T20 which are both 885 but I'd have to replace 900 and 910 T19 pieces to equip them. My legendaries would go unaffected. Thanks

as soon as u get ones with the same or higher ilvl. 2pc t20 gives you the 4pc t19 essentially.
