A lot of the continuity will come from the stuff that happens in Silithus and in the prepatch.

maybe.. because 2 years ago, Blizzy boys have decided that we lose our artifacts... but actually they don't have yet figure how we will lose it...

so, I'm little worried about the consistency of the story.

If we needed anymore proof they showed basically nothing because they have nothing...

The latter is actually not a good illustration of them not having it done yet, they say they didn't decide yet because they want to unlock flying a year after launch and don't want to hear anything about that now.

The "we didn't decide whether the allied races will get mounts" and the general mee-ing and moo-ing regarding nearly anything is, yes, a good illustration of them having pretty much nothing.

They just aren't very fun and in Legion, even by 7.3 the follower/champions don't do very much. Better to move on.

More seriously, Ion said during the panel that Cata & Mists will work like BC & Wrath, so the timeline issues will be solved.

Not really. Vanilla (Cataclysm revamp) will be 1-60, BC & Wrath will be 60-80 and Cataclysm & Pandaria will be 80-90. Which means we will still experience the Cataclysm BEFORE going to Outland/Northrend. What would fix the time line would be to scale Vanilla (Cataclysm revamp) from 1 to 80 and to make BC & Wrath optional with time-traveling introduction quests in the Caverns of Time.

But people don't seem to really care about this issue, so lazy is what we'll have!

Yeah the whole world, meaning every zone scales up to a certain level.

For example Westfall: 10-60 Stonetalon: 25-60 etc.

I mean let's face it, even with scaling making zones more efficient to quest in, you are still probably better of using all your heirlooms and rushing to 80 with dungeons, then doing MoP questing (which is fun and very xp rewarding), then rush through WoD by using the trick with Gorgrond (prepare all the bounties, nearly complete all the world objectives then quaff the xp pot and get 6 levels in 15 minutes.

Heirlooms probably won't help nearly as much as it does now.

Just because they don't have garrison gimmicks doesn't mean it's light on content. Wait for release to judge.

Why not? They still scale exactly the same and more importantly they still give significant XP buffs.

Maybe they'll finally wake up and realize heirlooms destroy difficulty, they should be solely xp gains.

The amount of power the heirlooms give won't be as massive now with level scaling since the enemies won't be weaksauce.

That's it imo. They had too much for a teaser and not enough for a proper presentation.

Ofc they could have taken some more time to talk about 7.3.5. Heck a video of TW Ulduar would have hyped people way more than the torturously slow Deep Dive or horribly presented VA panel.

I watched a few minutes of the Powerful women of Warcraft and I appreciate every female voice actor for the work they do but the presenter.........she just wasn't qualified. I understand it's hard being in front of a big audience but it's a given in Blizzcon and she just didn't do well.
