Really? because it's huge. It doesn't look like 100px of height to me, but maybe I'm having a problem with my resolution or I'm wrong, Idk.
It's 255px high. That's more than twice as large as allowed.

Night Elves weren't immortal to begin with, Nozdormu didn't bless Teldrassil or anything.

Well speaking of Hearthstone...wonder if they will add more stuff from there for World of Warcraft?

    Like;

Probably a lot of conflict going on, could make Tanaris a rich place to be at.

    https://hearthstone.gamepedia.com/Wh...f_the_Old_Gods
For the wound rift thing in Silithus...Could have Old God corruption there too, trying to claim it for their own as well.

    Much more too...
Wonder if the Irontide Raiders (Those pirate guys and what not for Freehold), have more different races...
    For the Horde!

They don't, and it's not messed-up, not to the HS team. The HS team want a cute, fun, family-friendly, cheery, "play with your mates" kind of game. Everything about the way the game is marketed, presented, and so on, is directed that way. It's quite different from WoW and it's FOR THE HORDE!!!!! and world-ending-threats and so on.

WoW is more to your taste (and mine), but that doesn't mean HS is "doing it wrong". They're targeting a different audience, one which likes cutesy silly stuff a lot of the time. And yes, as others have said, this makes it a good "testbed" of ideas for WoW. If something is just TOO ridiculous in HS, it never has to come to WoW, but if something is popular, hey, why not?
I get what you're saying, and I agree, they are not messing it up by accident.

But in my opinion, that's what I miss the most in Hearthstone, the feel that I'm playing a serious card game, and not a "children's card game".

For that matter, all the HS players I know have around my age (28 yrs old) and I imagine kids these days don't give a shit about childish games. I imagine they would favor FPS games as CoD, MOBAs as LoL or Minecraft if they go full retard. So, shouldn't Team 5 have a better understanding of their player base (of course, I can be wrong and HS might be a hit among kids and I don't know about it) and direct the game to a more serious approach? The only sets I bother to get during pre sales of HS were heavily based on WoW lore and had the tone I wish the game had as a whole (for the most part). Whispers of the Old Gods and Knights of the Frozen Throne. They gave us Karazhan, which could be an awesome content link between games, but they chose to give us in the form of a party. Just for the lols.

I wish we had some endless Kobold-infested solo caves as an expansion feature. Maybe like a roguelike minigame similar to that single-player mode in HS. You go to your class hall / garrison / Pandarian farm / ship or outpost or whatever it is going to be in BFA, and you can go to a multi-level dungeon and there are items that buff you and puzzles that you can solve and vendors which sell you useful keys / bombs / whatever for special currency, and of course enemies and treasure. That would have been novel and cool and it could have had that random generation of content - new dungeon every run - making it essentially endless for those who'd like the mode, etc.

    Ehh....

Nightelves have not been immortal since the fall of Nordrassil. They sacrificed the Aspects' powers that made their blessing in order to 'kill' Archimonde.
Teldrassil was not blessed by Nozdormu whose gift was responsible for the immortality. At least for the "forever-"immortality. They still have very long lifespans.

EXACTLY! Something about Karazahn, about it being like this big mansion with a ballroom and just a little more Disney vibe than one expected (and an opera house!) just made people very silly there. Very silly indeed. I loved it. And when I saw Disco Karazahn I was like "Oh shit, apparently I'm not the only one who remembers Karazahn that way...".

From my personal experience, typical progression looks like this: Minecraft (5-6 years) -> HS (7-8 years) -> HOTS / other MOBA (9+) -> whatever else, possibly nothing (kids are smart these days).

Not just women, but like, hate to say this "normal people" in general. Most people, including most men, don't really vibe with the level of violence/aggression-focused imagery that a lot of games have, especially as they get older, have kids, and so on. I mean, don't like, burn me at the stake or whatever, but when I watched both the BfA trailers, I literally thought "Gosh, this game is really about violence and not much else!". It's not like I don't love that, but, I guessing I'm getting old or something because I don't love violence quite the way I used to, and I know this happened earlier to a lot of my friends. They still play some pretty violent games, but they are way less "BOOM HEADSHOT" generally. And of course there are plenty of women who either don't like cutesy stuff or like both it AND mega-violence. It's a big world.

PTR patch just went out, hotfix build so no content changes. Will likely hit live later today.

There's plenty of people who like epic violent aggression. There's also people who like cutesy funzy stuff.

ptr just updated and i almost had a small heart attack.

    sadly it's not 7.3.5 v.v

i'm really hoping that leak was legit and some of the subraces come sooner. that would be amazing. i doubt it though, the way it was sold as an expansion feature.

    "Back to reality", LOL. :-)

A month (?) before changes promised for 7.3.5 (the BG mostly, although, wait - they should test that, right? so, more than a month?), then 6 months or so before beta, then another 6 months before the expansion.

    Zzzzzz

Oh definitely and some like both as I added, but I think the population in general is mostly NOT into that, like, not to the degree WoW is into it, say.

I think this issue will kind of come to a head if VR gets both popular/affordable and near-photorealistic, but I'm getting off-topic!

The BfA playtest had way more stuff ready than the playtest for legion on Blizzcon 2015 (and the alpha went up about a month late), so I think there is pretty big chances to get it in the following 1-3 months.

Yes. Specifically the troll wars in Zul'Aman is what are being referenced by the book.
