Saurfang will be the next Vol'jin, rise up against Sylvanas supported by Anduin and will over the course of the x pack gather the support of the other horde races.

After freeing saurfang he goes to meet anduin, while you free talanji and zul.

You sneak through the city, almost get caught by anduin, then get caught by genn and jaina, you fight your way to the docks, then jaina catches you, but leaves because sw is set aflame by zul.

You then take talanjis ship to zuldazar.

I don't think he's gonna defect at all, either. I think it's gonna be a mostly-expansion wide philosophical debate between the two that'll probably end in some kind of arrangement. Since the war isn't going to last the whole time, or even end satisfactorily, because you can't have that happen in an MMO. Let alone have that happen with an enjoyable outcome because it means the other faction is fucking dead or castrated, and we all know that "victory is boring."
