New Resto in dire need of help

Here are the logs from my most recent raid

    https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/zxjapJk63RqY2c8w

I've been playing resto since TOS came out and I watch videos and read guides and every single one says something different. I try to use my best judgment on talents for each fight but all the other healers just absolutely destroy me. If anyone can offer any advice to help I'd greatly appreciate it

Run Nighthold, get 4pc, become competitive.

Sad, but new tier is just not competitive until constant raid damage in mythic, even then its not fully competitive.

You're also overhealing most of the fights on heroic, You do not need 5 healers for a 19 man heroic raid. Druids tend to perform worse the more overhealed, or the less damaging a fight is.

Once you gear up, get the legendary trinket, get at least 4 set T20 (and optimally if you could go back and get at least 2 set T19 w/ highish ilvl), and stop bringing too many healers to fights, you will see yourself do better on the logs.

In the end, healing is a team game, so if you're killing the bosses with no deaths due to lack of healing (can't save stupid mistakes) then don't get down on yourself too much.
