Thoughts on Dark Arbiter?

Last night I finally got a heroic Convergence of Fate and was thinking of going from Soul Reaper to Dark Arbiter. My question is, will my dps actually increase like people say. Or should I just play safe and stick with soul reaper?

If you have t20, it's a big improvement over SR .. Even more with shoulders. I don't have CoF but it doesn't break the spec anyway .. It does take awhile of getting used to coming from SR.

CoF is trash. You lose a ton of damage from passive stats, and it's only a gain if you get an extra cast. Else it's a non-gain
