MW or a different healer?

I assume mw in pvp is still good, I was hoping to raid or maybe do m+'s. Does anyone know of any good guides? My ilvl is 916 but I feel like I'm very weak with my heals and I get dumb outhealed in lfr, It's probably just me in general as a healer lol not much experience.
