that's an Hc goroth where i tried the build, i don't have any M goroth logs because i always skip that fight

Well you see that's the thing about Castigator. yeah it can get near what UF/CS can do in terms of damage output. It's been like that even from Nighhold so it's not a new thing to come about.
It's just a matter of it not being the "top" talent even when optimized, as you can optimize DA/UF and do much better.
