Is it worth casting Blizzard on ST with 5 stacks of Zann'esu Journey and instant cast with Frozen Orb being active? Any info on that?

If Zann'esu is your only legendary option, you cast Blizzard at 5 stacks even with a cast time. Obviously less than good as an ST legendary.

But anyway, if you're going to nitpick their grammar, I'll return the favor: they are quite possibly correct; it depends entirely on how you read "ST legendary." If you read it as "single target legendary," then yes, 'a' would be correct. But if you read it as "ess-tee legendary," with the letters pronounced individually, then 'an' is the proper article.
