Should I target helm for execute ring ?

I fully understand everything needs to be simmed and is a person by person basis . But in general should you try to target the helmet or the execute ring first with the shard vendor after the nerfs?

well targetting something that you will eventually get anyways I dont think is a smart idea. I'm targetting trinkets, hoping for a good arcano crystal or literally whatever.

Assuming you're talking about Arms, the Ring is more important than the Helm currently, and will be even more so next tier.
