What's the difference between these two class hall options & which one is better?

Demonic offering gives you a daily quest to go kill a boss with 2 other warlock i nthe class hall
it gives you peices of a mog set
demonhearts that give you buffs well out in the world
and has a chance at giving you the destro hidden skin

however you can do this daily without having the quest or the research, just one of the three warlock need to have the quest/research

the other shortens mission times by 20%
