I've seen a few Meteor Shower spell animations and it turns out it is being attributed to my Rogue (sub spec).

Is there some hidden buff or ability I am missing or is it my guardian Vanessa Vancleef?

Buffs everywhere all over argus from weird sources. Could be that.

Yeah, I think it is most likely from the Broken Isles global buff.
