I just got the ring that giving us the twist of faith talent and i wanted to ask two things.
First is,if is worth using it and second if yes tehn what talent is better to pick up? fortress of the mind or shadow word : Void?

Fortress of the mind is what you would generally pick I believe, and as for if you would use it really depends on your other legendaries, it's not the best one for sure but if you don't have better it may still be useful to you.

Ring is really bad, if you list what other legendaries you have i can tell you the best ones to use

Then you should use belt and shoulders.

Belt + Ring should beat out belt + shoulders on Single Target... Shoulders fell way out when they nerfed them to only be 2 stacks of void form
