Army of the Light BoA rep tokens?

Anyone know how often these are as a WQ reward? I remember the first time getting into Argus and unlocking WQ's one of them had x2 250 rep tokens as a reward. Considering they were BoA made getting your main a lot of rep fast if you had multiple 110's.

But sadly the first day was the only day these showed up.

Are we having like horrible luck with this reward coming, or was it a 1 time WQ (was it even a WQ? Maybe I wasn't paying attention) or is it a weekly thing?

Mainly asking for those who did the PTR or if anyone is in the know.

I'd say such thing will be quite rare as reward. Just pray to RNGesus and hope for the best.
