Never have liked weather effects in games. Sometimes the weather effects make wow unplayable. I always wished they'd bring back the option to turn it off.

Maybe there were too many computers that couldn't handle it, so they had to turn it off. I would have loved if it was toggable though for us who can run it without problems.

Rainy weather tends to make games much more atmospheric, so I'd keep it on always. Hell, they made dark nights an item, do the same with weather.
