How to acquire other artifact weapons?

I mostly play Guardian and Feral, and leveled with both of those specs to 110, but I never went back and retrieved my balance and resto artifacts, how do I obtain those? I don't see anyone in the Druid class hall providing quests or leads towards obtaining them.

Wait until Remulos finishes his current champion mission, and he'll be happy to send you on some missions of your own.

The same way you got your second artifact. Once the option to get the ones you didn't pick first opens up, you can just repeat it until you have all of them.
