    Disc Priest T20 does not match the tool tip


    The first bolt of light from your Penance deals an additional 100% damage or heals for an additional 100%.

    T20 2 piece is currently effecting the SECOND penance bolt, not the first. Can we please get a response on this? It has been like this since 7.3 release, if this was an intended change can you at least change the tool tip?
