Bossted to level 100 professions DH ?

Hello dear friends, I have "qut" WoW snice 7/15/2016 9:58 PM , since then, new job, girlfriend, the works...so my time is limited. Used to play a bit hardcore in some expansion....mythic raiding, alas those times are long gone I think, I wasn't really interested in continuing with Legion at that time, so I let time pass, but now to be honest, I have moment where I really feel I want to play, at least casually for the leveling experience and for the DH class, to be honest Illidan was my favorite character since TBC when I was a "child" ...
Sorry for my nostalgic intro, I see that if I buy Legion I get a free level 100 boost, I also read that the professions level up are only for a character lvl 60+ , so , how do you think it is best to proceed here, should I create a new char and boost 1-100, but get no profs boost, or if I want my DH to be my new main does it count so much to get the profession boost but like only be boosted 2 levels.........or is it easy enough to level my professions from 1, that boosting a character from 1-100 is a much more valuable deal....?

Levelling professions is much faster than levelling chars.

yeah it would be a waste to boost a DH, it's only 2 levels you're gaining.

Well Wod mats are still very cheap (or easy to farm in your own garrison(s)) and will push you to the same level the character boost does.
Not that profession levels matter much in this xpac.

Im not even sure you can use a character boost token on a DH. I seem to recall that they cant do class trials either.

no you cant boost a dh. also with legion you can craft pretty much everything at level 1 profession so you shouldn't really worry too much about it
