Fire Blast Changes

Fire Blast charges are going from 2 to 1 with the 7.3.2 changes. I am new to mage, so how bad of a hit is this?

No its not. If you're referring to the datamining posted by mmochamp/wowhead, you'll notice they REMOVED the wording "maximum 1 charge" which has erroneously been left over from days of old.

Fire blast has 1 charge for low levels. At level 52, if I remember correctly, you get the 2nd charge.
