Method Kil'jaeden Weakauras

Hey all, I'm trying to make a weakaura like Method tank Sco uses during mythic Kil'jaeden.

The aura I'm referring to is the simple text that appears in the middle of the screen saying "Soak big meteor" and "Your roar" when it is his turn to do so. I thought it would be as simple as using the bigwigs or dbm timer's counter as a trigger (text would appear on Armageddon (2) or (3), etc.) but bigwigs ability counter seems to reset during phases/intermission, making it a little more complicated.

Anyone have any ideas?

Does not say when you have to roar but will warn you about the soaks and the time left
