Kindling vs Meteor

Seeing a lot of high parses recently using Kindling instead of Meteor. Is this dependent on gear and whatever your stat priority based on that gear, or is Kindling all around better now?

Seeing a lot of high parses recently using Kindling instead of Meteor. Is this dependent on gear and whatever your stat priority based on that gear, or is Kindling all around better now?

Kindling is better for cleave, as Meteor only does fixed amount of initial damage. Meteor is still the choice for ST though, because with Kindling you are desyncing Sentinel Medallion and Combustion.
