Upgrades to Comp ///// Monitor Suggestions

So it's been a quick 3 years since I ordered parts for my first computer I put together myself. I know things have changed and am wondering what would give me the best bang for my buck.

Now let me make it clear that what I currently play / plan to play I still get great performance in (WoW/League/POE) so no complaints in that department.

Here is what I have running now:

    CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($248.98 @ Newegg Canada)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($32.21 @ DirectCanada)
    Motherboard: ASRock Z97M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($102.50 @ Vuugo)
    Memory: Crucial Ballistix 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($84.99 @ Newegg Canada)
    Storage: Crucial MX100 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($119.25 @ Vuugo)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card ($194.98 @ Amazon Canada)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($54.95 @ DirectCanada)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($56.99 @ NCIX)

QUESTION 1: With a budget of lets say, $800.00, what would be the best bang for my buck to upgrade?

QUESTION 2: With a budget of $600.00 I'd like to purchase 2 27" monitors + a dual monitor arm to hold them both up. Am I better off taking some of my upgrade budget and putting more towards monitors? What would you recommend with my current setup or what would you recommend with an upgraded setup?

Depends on what you are playing (POE ?).
I would throw in a 1070Ti or a cheap 1080 if you find one for around 450-500$.
As a monitor i would try the Samsung LU28H750UQUXEN with Qled 1ms and 60hz if 60 hz is enough for you and if 4k is ok for you on only 28 inch.
Or maybe look at 34 inch 21:9 monitors.

That monitor is a bit out of my range if I want 2.

I'm also looking at Canadian currency.
