I've been doing Seat of the Triumvirate on 2 characters every day for almost 4 weeks now and it has never dropped. Does this actually drop on heroic? Or am I wasting my time?

Not to be rude or point out the obvious or anything, just making sure you know - it's the recipe that drops and not the actual glyph, so you need Inscription to get it. I got it fairly quickly on mine, but that may have been luck. Maybe that helps, but probably not At least I can confirm it drops on heroic though.

I got it the 5th time running a friend through it; I just looked on Wowhead and it's listed as a .3% drop to date, though. That can't be accurate, but judging from your experience, apparently it is actually pretty low.

He whines about leaks, then spreads rumours about everyone having changed their nickname with 0 evidence to back it up. Never says anything positive about the game or others. Any criticism he recieves is only "to feed our own ego".

I literally got it on my first run. Assumed it was a 100% drop. Easy gold, I can charge whatever I want for it. Nobody else is posting it on my server.
