So, you don't actually want to force social media companies to platform people they don't want to platform?

    Interesting...

Pointing out that you are flat-out lying is a pretty damn good argument. You are whining that the Democrats may do something that YOU SUPPORT. Your hatred of the First Amendment was not only demonstrated with your fascist support of religious cleansing, but also forcing companies to platform people against their will.

In the end, you are lying. There really is no way around it.
I have to ask how the problem is solved? You obviously dont work in the trades and have to deal with these people on a daily basis. There is a deep hatred for them when they take jobs in the trades at an extreme subpar rate. The fact that they already showed they are willing to break the law emboldens them to break safety rules and do things that endangers others. The companies care about the bottom line in a competitive industry. I cant blame them for doimg what they do. There are also the ones who commit fraud and use others ss numbers to obtain jobs because the country wont enforce everify. It has nothing to do with race buddy. Let me say this again IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RACE. They could be white people and i would feel the exact same way. They hurt the trade field immensely.

    now that, i do.

because that's in the interest of everyday americans.

I hate to burst your bubble but isnt the american dream to work your way up to get into one of these positions at some point in your life? At least thats what im striving for. Maybe at a smaller scale but isnt being the big fish the goal?

So, you hate the First Amendment, thanks for confirming it.

    Man, that was easy.

Ironically, that's exactly why the Democrats are calling for gun control. Yes, you are exactly like them... except for that whole desire to physically assault anyone who has had sex with more than two people in a month, or forcefully end all religion.

The problem is solved by supporting capitalism, and not national socialism. Make them legal, problem solved.

So, you don't like that they are willing to do the job for less, so you want the government to get involved, and control the marketplace... how odd. Hatred of liberty and capitalism is so sad...

Maybe you should get better, and stop trying to use the government to attack your competitors. You big-government socialists are out of control.

So, you want to be authoritarian and force private companies to platform people like Lauren Southern? How about Alex Jones? Baked Alaska? You want the racism and conspiracy theories to spread? Not surprising. They are all Trump supporters and deserved their bans from places like Twitter.

Actually private companies have the right to censor people using their platforms. Free speech isnt protected anywhere you go. As using social media is using someone elses property they have the right to control it as it is their personal property.

Tell that to Derpkitteh, he/she is the one who wants to take away their First Amendment rights.

i hate the idea that companies should be allowed to subvert the ideals of the nation at their own ideological/self interest.

you have to separate the ideas of business. there's corporate entities and there's small business. small business should, in general, be left alone for the most part. but if they morph into a corporate entity, they need to have tighter controls to serve the public interest.

i've said before i have my own problems with constitution. but only because in some cases it can lead to restrictions of freedoms that the constitution itself decrees. businesses are not people, and should be exempt from constitutional protection for the most part.

Yep, if Twitter, Facebook, Google, or any other social media company wanted to, tomorrow they could shut off their servers and ban everyone if they wanted to. Hell, Curse or whoever owns MMO-Champion now, could ban every single one of us right now, and we can't say anything about it.

Like I said, you oppose the First Amendment, just like Democrats and Trump oppose the First and Second Amendments.

You are literally one of those people who wants to restrict freedoms... the irony is getting out of hand.

And you want everyone to do whatever they want and believe whatever they want to all live in harmony... What a joke. This has been tried throught history but was forced on people. If to many different cultures attempt to live together in any society the society eventually crumbles leaving divided nations based on their beliefs. Look at any large empire who tried to bring to many different cultures together. They all eventually imploded.

Precisely. They have freedom of speech and freedom of association. It's their property.

Well, it is a good thing that the 1st Amendment ONLY applies when talking to the government and not on private property or a private forum like here.

Yeah, there it is... blatant racism.

The United States has had many cultures for hundreds of years, and has done rather well for itself.

Trump's literally shitting all over multiple constitutional rights. Please quit pretending you actually give a fuck about any of that.

So basically you get to violate the first amendment in ways you see fit but if anyone follows the constitution and makes laws you don't like that's the thing that's not okay.

My god the level of stupid you exert i'm surprised you haven't sucked us all into a black hole. For someone who claims to support free speech you're sure down to be a huge authoritarian.

Sorry, the world is better without them spreading their racism, their conspiracy theories and in some cases their hateful religion. Donald Trump, if he wasn't the president, would have been banned about a thousand times over by now.

So Trump was essentially just barely getting by on being the President of the US while on easy mode. Coronavirus kick started normal difficulty and we found ourselves quickly circling the drain. This is what people were concerned about with having an imbecile in the WH that surrounds himself with low quality hacks and ‘yes’ men, while chasing away or cutting back competent people.
