You mean these two?
Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro was tested for the coronavirus and is being monitored, the Brazilian newspaper Estadão reported on Thursday, days after he sat next to US President Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.
And Trump was photographed shaking Bolsonaro's hand before dinner on Saturday

Prediction for the future
I commented on this before. I'll rephrase because it's easier than quoting myself.
Pence is not taking the Scapegoat title to heart. He's actually attacking the situation aggressively. In fact, why didn't Pence talk to the nation? Right now, I don't think anyone would defend Trump's performance.
But right now, especially after last night, saying "Pence, you screwed up, you're fired" will fail for multiple reasons.
1) That's illegal. Pence was elected.
2) Pence now has a strong, visible record of attacking the problem.
3) Pence wasn't in charge early, when Trump claims he took strong action the Democrats opposed. Hey, any citation on that yet? It's been weeks...
4) Pence didn't address the nation. It's hard to say Pence screwed up when Trump says "I will do XXX and XXX and..."
5) Trump removing Pence, who is basically his only remaining link to the classic Republican Party, will be a slap in the face that will alarm enough lawmakers. They won't vote to impeach, but they might suddenly remember they have families to spend time with.
6) If Pence was going to resign on moral or ethical grounds, he had hundreds of chances before now.

So, yeah, the DOW rose sharply (+1500 points in 15 minutes) earlier on an announcement that the NY Fed is going to pump trillions into the markets to fight this slide.
It only took about an hour and a half to lose most of those gains (-1400).

I think there's a clip of that here.
Oh shit, no, that's Trump mocking someone with a stutter. Sorry. I get those confused sometimes.
Trump admits in public he may restrict travel within the US.
He also suggested he would use force to do so.
"Not enforced" is not the words I would use. The National Guard is there. I don't know what would count as "enforced" if "armed US military" doesn't count.President Donald Trump said Thursday that it's a "possibility" the administration could impose travel restrictions within the United States to limit exposure to the coronavirus if certain areas get "too hot."
"We haven't discussed that yet," Trump said when asked about the option at a bilateral meeting with Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar. "Is it a possibility? Yes. If somebody gets a little bit out of control, if an area gets too hot."
"You see what they're doing in New Rochelle, which is good frankly," Trump continued, referring to the city just north of Manhattan where there is a growing cluster of coronavirus cases. "It's the right thing, but it's not enforced, it's not very strong. But people know they're being watched. New Rochelle, that's a hot spot."
Obviously, this is Trump just saying he has that kind of power. It's not a proposed move.

Not with Trump in command. He is the retard that thinks he knows more than the CDC, said it was contained at 15 people, now almost more than twice that have died. Even telling people to go about their daily lives while they were infected. And now he has come into contact with at least 2 people that were infected. He will be LUCKY if he isn't infected atm.
Trump. Seriously, Trump thinks that he knows more than the CDC. That is why he said it will be gone by April or May. He also overrode the CDC when he allowed Americans that were infected coming from Asia, on a plane full of other people. Planes are known for spreading illnesses thanks to them recycling their air.
