Diana Andrade has accused Fauci of sexual assault. She is now recanting and claims she was paid by the rabid fanbase.
Now here's the thing: maybe she was telling the truth the first time. Maybe she was telling the truth the second time. Maybe neither. But w--
"She recorded the call."
...what?
"Yeah, the guy who paid her said he didn't care if 400,000 people died. She got disgusted and recanted."
...okay. Probably telling the truth the second time.
But in any event, after tactics like this failed on Mueller and Fauci and who knows which others I've missed, you're out of weapons to use. I know Team Trump keeps trying the "everyone else does it" defense, but when you're caught fabricating it, that backfires. At least Trump personally seems to be avoiding the Biden sexual assault claims that, well, Biden asked the Senate secretary to hand over everything so I'm siding with him on this one, at least until the evidence changes.
Which will leave Trump the only assaulter left. Unless it goes to the Supreme Court. Then there's two again.

You made me laugh. I first thought you meant it it was critics of Trump that were calling it Death Star to ridicule it. Once I realized it was the name the organization picked for itself... well I can't stop laughing. Kind of a morbid laughter but at least its laughter.
The rallying cry seems to be "But Sweden!"
One, pretty sure Sweden has universal health care. And by "pretty sure" I mean "here is the link"
Two, Sweden has a higher proportional death count than any of their neighbors, who are not as open. (Not the worst in EUrope, but higher than Finland and Norway by leagues) This is not a model the US can afford to follow -- we're not exactly doing a great job ourselves.
Why am I not remotely surprised that Wohl and Burkman are behind this one too.
I still can't believe they haven't broken any laws yet. Before they were just pathetic and casually disgusting, now they're truly the scum of the earth based on their comments. May they both suffer from endless nightmares of their teeth rotting and falling out of their head, and may they have to go in for annual root canals for the rest of their lives.

I don’t want trump to get it.
Why? Because then, after having beaten it, people will think “oh he’s so strong, leading the nation while sick!” and “trump got sick too! He’s suffering just as much as the rest of us!” And “wow he’s so strong and brave, he was able to beat the virus the media was saying was deadly!”
Basically, him contracting the illness would only humanize him in the eyes of voters and serve as a temporary excuse for his normal complete lack of leadership.

AP got a leaked copy of the CDC Guidance on re-opening the economy. Leaked, because the Trump administration is apparently burying it. This would normally be a document released to the public, but the information doesn't line up with the stories from Team Trump.
Daily Beast has the guidance in full.

Still not much to complain about?

Its like sex, when someone get famous everyone have done him and most didnt like it

Funny story, Disney is watching FLorida re-open and saying "No thanks, we're good for now".
It's like they think their employees and visitors are more important than money, or something.
Team Deplorable burying a CDC report on how to open state and local areas safely.
- - - Updated - - -The White House buried a comprehensive report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which would've provided state and local officials guidelines on the safe reopening of public spaces while the United States remains in the clutches of the coronavirus pandemic.
FL "reopening" after essentially not closing is going to be really fucking awful. The U.S. is set to keep the most deaths total, per capita, and the most cases. Because Trump thinks dead americans is important to his reelection efforts.
