Wanna violate executive privilege? Here's the audio of Trumps discussion with Inhofe.
Trump in the Chris Wallace interview:
Trump speaking on the phone to Inhofe:First of all, I'm not losing.
Those are fake polls.
I have other polls that put me leading.
I have a poll where we're leading in every swing state.
Does anyone else believe that Trump's super-secret polling is really just looking at the number of retweets on Twitter?I had about 95,000 positive retweets on that.
That's a lot.
That's a lot, 95,000.

A number of GOP bigwigs have now openly shat upon Trump's "delay the election" claim, incluing Graham, McConnell, Grassley, Rubio, Cruz, Senate Republican Conference Chairman John Barrasso, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, and others who refused to comment publicly.
This should make it very easy indeed for Trump supporters to say "I oppose moving the election" because there's so many people, the Constitution, 150+ years of history and two World Wars on that side, And it's not like Trump will see their dissent. Just say "I oppose moving the election". Go ahead.
Do they though?
Are you really sure? What if poland wasn't a part of the EU?

You can add co-founder of the Federalist Society to that list (who voted for Trump in 2016 and opposed the Mueller investigation and the Impeachment):
Trump Might Try to Postpone the Election. That’s Unconstitutional.
He now thinks Trump should be Impeached. *comically large shrug*
What a fucking farce...
This is straight from Trump's just-concluded briefing [video]:
He seriously just claimed that keeping schools and work closed is causing probably more death than COVID...Children are at the lowest risk of any age group from the virus. Indefinite school closures will inflict lasting harm to our nation's children. We must follow the science and get students safely back to school while protecting children, teachers, staff, and family. We have to remember that there's another side to this. Keeping them out of school, and keeping work closed is causing death also - economic harm, but causing death for different reasons, but death. Probably more death.
What the... I can't even...

alot of other bad shit in there but that takes the biscuitMost troubling of all, perhaps, was a sentiment the expert said a member of Kushner’s team expressed: that because the virus had hit blue states hardest, a national plan was unnecessary and would not make sense politically. “The political folks believed that because it was going to be relegated to Democratic states, that they could blame those governors, and that would be an effective political strategy,” said the expert.
HAHAHAHAHA *gasps* HA!
Trump is such a fucking moron with his suggestion to delay the election he actually managed to get r/conservative to disagree with him for the first time ever.
Don't worry, they will forget quickly but still, baby steps.
They do that occasionally, usually blaming it all on "He just needs to stop tweeting!" as if it's the tweeting that's the problem. Don't worry, they maintained their anti-Free Speech safe space by locking that threat from outside posts.
Don't oversell it, we've had 3 and half years of conservatives occasionally realizing Trump is a retard and a threat to this nation for a brief moment after he does something extreme like this, only to fall back in line with the flock by the next day. It's a performative act for others to signal that "We're not as bad as other say we are."
No. But I do believe his remaining staff only tells him what they want to hear -- possibly just flat-out making up polls.

Trump should not be impeached for wondering aloud if the election should be delayed.
He should instantly be impeached if he tries to cause it himself.
