I think the reasoning behind the appeal was that the request was "too broad"

Trump, near as I remember, has tried two things.
1) Too broad/they don't have the authority/WITCH HUNT, and
2) It would cause excessive personal harm.

Both have now been defeated, and fairly sure both have now been defeated multiple times.

This is why I think NYState should make their move now. An appeal could force an extension. The American people have the right to know if they're voting for a felon.
