He should of been, 100%. The president in the US has FAR too much immunity to law while in office.

We've relied way too much on the president at least being a competent adult in the past. It's pretty clear we need to overhaul some presidential law at this point.

On the direst moment of the pandemic, Santiago only had around 4x the amount of cases as a city of 210 thousand people, while being 25-30 times larger, population wise.
