This Florida State Guard, or FSG, no not that FSG, no not that one either, no it's not the Boston Red Sox, appears to be DeSantis wanting to have armed thugs with weapons of war with (a) no training (b) no actual responsibilities other than what DeSantis says and (c) no need for a vaccine.

However, as real news source CNN says, states are allowed to do this -- and a fair number of them have. It's deplorable, there isn't really a need for this, but it's legal and his taxpayers' money so sure, why not.

I'm just going to start a "XXX days since FSG murders an unarmed black person" counter. I have a feeling we'll get back to it riiiiiiiight around November.

    ...heh...hee hee hee...HAHHAHAHHA..MUAHAHAHAHAHA

For months, I have anticipated each day with excitement knowing that I was watching my president and his crew of Patriots take back our country and our freedom. I am losing that excitement now,. This is starting to get very old.

I will not be checking Lin's page, or Flynn, or any others for a good while. I'm already tired of it.
-- actual fucking line in the actual fucking letter

    Oh wait, there's more:

On a personal level, my wife is struggling physically. She has an autoimmune disease that is greatly and increasingly causing her more pain and suffering as the weeks drag on.

She could use a med bed and so could two of our children who have taken the vaccine. They think I am nuts for believing in all this. And how many millions more across the country need a med bed? My family is struggling and so is our country.
I can't seem to find Donny Warren's location. So I will just say "Indiana" because of this article. If that sounds unfair, tough, so is asking Trump to violently overthrow the country, so he started it Mom. No really though, if anyone finds it (later?) please fill me in. Because rational people are fully aware Trump stole more from sick people than he helped them.

I would really love to start naming individual people and asking "how do you feel about being on the same side as this person?" So, I will.

Hey @Edge- did you notice the law only applies to platforms with north of 50M customers? Which, let's be honest, alt-right platforms don't have? And how do you feel about leading questions?
Remember this logic folks. To defend the First Amendment, you much first restrict it. Be like saying to defend a person's fifth amendment rights, we must demand they be forced to out themselves.

This unwavering pretzel shaped logic fits right in with the rest of the right wing thinking.

People tried that when David Duke threw in for Donald Trump. The response was essentially, "doesn't matter because Donald Trump can't control who chooses to support him."

They're allowed to admit they're on the same side as people who are this insane, sure. I don't mind them saying so on the record.

Granted, it would be more to my own personal taste if they said "What? No, that fucker's insane" or the like. But that's up to them, not me.

In which Tucker Carlson calls Alex Jones a "journalist" and claims he's been a "far better guide to reality in recent years."

You know, the guy who complained about the chemicals in the water turning us into gay frogs.

I think we can say that the complete and total rot of the conservative brain in America is finished. There's nothing left up there.

I don't think Trump ever paid for anything out of his own pocket. He is the real live version of Donald Duck's Uncle Scrooge.

I'm going to say he is more like Al Bundy. Scrooge was actually successful and had successful businesses.

Oh! Speaking of Tucker, did you hear that Hunter Biden helped Tucker's son get into college?*
    https://www.vice.com/en/article/n7nn...en-son-college

“I can't thank you enough for writing that letter to Georgetown on Buckley's behalf,” Carlson wrote in a 2014 email to Biden. “So nice of you. I know it'll help. Hope you're great and we can all get dinner soon.”
I'm really digging this QAnon war Lin Wood is staring up!

*maybe! This looks to be based off emails taken from Hunter's laptop. So who knows? Funny though!

Man...I'm super skeptical of Wood but if what he's been leaking has been legit so far then...dayum. Too bad it won't matter much, because nothing does, but I am going to enjoy the circular firing squad.

Maybe this is the "Civil War" Koko keeps talking about, he just got the participants wrong.

Does put Tucker in an interesting pickle, though. Either he:
    1) Claims the emails are fake news, which puts the whole hunter laptop thing in question to his viewers
    2) Admits that he has a personal relationship with someone he's been jihading against on his show, which has to be against some ethics somewhere (clearly not foxnews though LOL)

The next time someone tries to tell you America is a meritocracy, or whines about social justice quotas in college admissions, point them to this article. Also point out that Carlson is such a slimy weasel that he'd publicly turn on people he's received favors from just so he could profit from smearing that person into the ground. When it comes to being a complete and total fuckwad, Tucker is unmatched.

I don't trust that Lin Wood, or anyone, has legit emails from Hunter Biden's laptop. "I found these on Hunter Biden's laptop" is not a convincing statement to me, 13 months after the election and also it's not law enforcement.

I wonder how long this is going to last before the SEC gets involved.
Speaking of Truth, they finally admitted that they based that off of open source, and did the right thing and uploaded all the source code so they are in compliance!
just kidding, they just uploaded the base source code, not any of their changes LOL
However, it appears the uploaded Zip archive is simply a barebones version of the existing Mastodon source code you can already find on GitHub. The archive itself is only a mere 30MB in size. Nevertheless, Rochko said the Zip archive might “become more interesting” once Truth Social finally launches.

Oh no, Trump missed a deadline. Must be a day that ends in adultery.

I'll be honest, I completely forgot this was supposed to be a thing. Trump launched and then ended his blog, we all had a laugh about what a miserable fat fucking failure he is, and the issue stopped being relevant like Trump's wedding vows.

Does the SEC get involved in products that don't exist? I mean, I guess they have to if money is changing hands. Selling something at an inflated value sounds like it's dancing on the edge of legal fraud vs. just being a shitty business. And everyone here, including the Trump supporters, expect Trump to just take the money for himself and then not do anything with it.

Don’t insult Al Bundy that way, he at showed loyalty to his family and friends and didn’t actively try and hurt others needlessly.

With Scrooge, he could be a failed version of Ebineezer or however you spell his name but don’t compare him to McDuck.

I would think that they would have to, especially since Trump is literally trying to sell shares of NOTHING. The service the company supposedly provides is non-existent, so it’s like they’re trying to attract investors like backers on Kickstarter.
