Watching his absolute implosion and subsequent excavation to see how low one can humanly go has been impressive and awe inspiring. Truly, there are no depths this man don't have the ambition and the determination to reach.

Is this what Real American Patriots(TM) do? Or does he not count because he's from New York City? Where nobody else of note is from. Nobody else at all.

Oh, I am pretty sure you haven't seen him implode yet. This is just him desperate for cash. As a reminder, he's facing at least three legal issues, each of which could be "fatal" by itself.

    1) Dominion. Last I heard, August, the Dominion lawsuit was still going forwards.

    2) Far more recently, a pair of Georgia election officials sued Giuliani for saying false things that led to threats on their lives.

    3) And of course, he was subpoena'd by the panel and is hiding under the 5th because "I did nothing wrong" won't work.

As we've talked about a lot, what becomes public in any of these legal actions can be used in any of the others. Also, if discovery in any of these legal cases finds evidence of a crime, Giuliani's in even worse shape.

Dominion has a solid case, the poll workers are hopefully going to get carried along in Dominion's wake. Neither of them need to search through Giuliani's texts or emails, either, what he said was out there in the open. However, if anything Giuliani said is unearthed to, I dunno, prove he was part of a murderous insurrection, that immediately points towards malice aforehead. Aforethought, sorry. I don't know how big a legal difference there is between "random off-the-cuff comment taken out of context by accident" and "intentional falsehoods meant to cause violent crimes" but I do know we have manslaughter and murder, so I'd assume there's a difference here. Possibly measured in zeroes on the damages.

Because nothing a Trump supporter has to say, right now, is more important than "I agree/disagree that we have found proof of election fraud".

It's been a year. He's still saying the election was stolen. And he's saying there's proof. Trump supporters, cite this evidence. Any of you. All of y'all. Nothing you have to say has any merit if you cannot address this direct, specific issue. This cannot be handwaved.

The things that have found out have more than bore out what people thought and what people felt and what people found
Any Trump supporter, any thread, any topic. They answer this first. If there is objective proof, give them every chance to present it. If they disagree, give them every chance to disagree. These are both valid options. But they must now answer this, before anything else they have to say can be entertained. Because nothing is more important than "I have proof the election was stolen".
It has been nearly two weeks and I don't seem to see your answer on the forums. Surely you, a known avid Trump supporter, are willing to take a shot at this? What did Trump mean by "The things that have found out have more than bore out what people thought and what people felt and what people found"? Surely if youi want to be taken seriously when you say things like "Carlson was being sarcastic, he wasn't really upset at the M&M thing" you'd be willing to prove you should be taken seriously? Nobody else has answered, but surely you will.

I would love to hear what you, a known avid Trump supporter, say "the things that have found" are.

The distance between what is said and what is known to be true has become an abyss. Of all the things at risk, the loss of an objective reality is perhaps the most dangerous. The death of truth is the ultimate victory of evil. When truth leaves us, when we let it slip away, when it is ripped form our hands, we become vulnerable to the appetite of whatever monster screams the loudest.

Are you talking "taken by Deustche Bank" or "seized by NYState"? I'm actually non-Trump-based curious what happens when you lie to a lender about how much your collateral is worth. I know it's fraud and a crime, I just want to know if Deutche Bank gets to immediately say "give us back the money, or give us the building".

So apparently a while ago, McCarthy sued Pelosi saying that members voting without being physically present in the House was unConstitutiona.

SCOTUS says it is. Put your fucking mask on, Greene.

The bank can call in the debt and foreclose on it if they feel he is too high of a risk because that's a contractual violation however considering he was high risk to begin with there's probably another calculation being made. If I were a betting man I would say if Trump loses in 2024 or can't run for some reason they will call it in.

I'm willing to agree that Deutsche Bank would love to own the WH for another few years. But with NYState trying to cut the financial legs out from under him, I don't know if they can wait that long. Again, kinda curious why they haven't moved so far...maybe they have and it's not public.

I believe so, they don't have to stop and ask the DoJ to arrest people for contempt etc. The DA just does so themselves.

as i look at the immunization/vaccination charts, the majority require more than one shot. Handful require 3 shots. bunch require "boosters" at varying times.

It's the difference between the judiciary system issuing penalties and the legislative system issuing penalties.

    Yeah, that's significant.

I would think the GA governor could pardon him, though, right?

There has to be a guilty verdict first.

Oh, I just looked it up and the Governor doesn't do that:
only the State Board of Pardons & Paroles grants pardons in Georgia.
It's a 5 member board, so I guess the question is whether any of them are Trump nuts or not.
