So idk anymore. This is what we knew and was part of the Mueller Report. Yet, it looks like the Republicans really don't care that foreign countries besides money, are fine with foreign countries helping on elections. No this did not go as far as sabotaging election machines, but they knew the data to send false information to voters to suppress or change votes. Once more with the slim margin of 2016, this is significant.

Now I read and posted a couple, few weeks ago that the Mueller Report time has run out(?). Not sure on this. I don't know how or what they can do with this new revelation and maybe why Manafort admitted it now.

The toilet story is classic and I swear we read this back in the day also. The story of Trump would just casually tear up document he read and I think in the story they talked about the toilet flush. But, hey criminals know that you never leave paper trails, but Trump would never do this cause he of course has not criminal mind, like a mobster would.

For the second time this year, and the seventh time recently, the Ohio Supreme Court has tosses out the proposed Republican redistricting map for being illegally partisan in favor of Republicans.

This doesn't impact this years election, but is for 2024. Weird that Republicans keep trying to submit illegally gerrymandered maps? Why do they keep breaking the law?

Keep throwing shit at the wall and something might stick. Next is submit them late enough that when the judge says "No you fuckwit, election is in 2 months, not enough time for you jackoffs to try again, you'll have to use the previously racist ones."

EDIT: At this time, "everyone" is reporting the raid...in the terms "Trump says". It was under an hour ago and the DoJ does not comment on ongoing investigations.

You know, this is where I would love to have body cams for FBI agents and have them release the video of them serving him the search warrant and going throughout his home.

The FBI executed a search warrant on Monday at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, the former President confirmed to CNN.

Trump declined to say why the FBI agents were at Mar-a-Lago, but the former President said the raid was unannounced and "they even broke into my safe."

I would think things that pertain to possible national security breaches are what concern them the most.

Considering their rather infamous reputation of being autonomous and unregulated, I very much doubt they enjoyed Trump's utterly lax handling of national security information and his close dealings with Russia, and I doubt they would give zero fucks about going after his fat, treasonous ass.

No, they can't. Search warrants are highly specific. They could respond to a crime in progress, for example follow gunshots/screaming/blood, but if they are there looking for WH property and find dead Jimmy Hoffa they have to leave the skeleton.

Almost linked that one but I wanted a clean video. I feel like half the joy of it is how unintentionally comedic (again with this and conservatives, but I digress) it all is on its face. The background music definitely highlights the comedy, but I also think it takes something away at the same time.

Just the matter-of-fact way she says, "We're storming the capitol! It's a revolution!" as if it's such a reasonable, normal thing that was responded to with such unreasonable violence.

The search, according to two people familiar with the investigation, appeared to be focused on material that Mr. Trump had brought with him to Mar-a-Lago, his private club and residence, after he left the White House. Those boxes contained many pages of classified documents, according to a person familiar with their contents.

However, my skepticism remains because of this claim -

I dunno why, but this reminds me of all those times Trump was speaking with someone who called him "sir", which was the clearest tell that Trump was making up a story.
