In the continued alternate reality Republican live in, tens of thousands of Trump supporters came to NYC to support Trump!

Which contradicts with reports that media outnumbered Trump supporters about 30:1, and I'm skeptical there were hundreds of thousands of media around the courthouse, seems physically impossible.

It is possible Eric was telling the truth about Florida. He's objectively lying about NYC. I personally posted videos of MTG at the gathering.

In Manhattan, Eric also claimed that “every single intersection was closed” and that there “was an army outside of the courthouse” for his father’s arrival
So that's a Trump family member and Hannity, a Trump employee and longtime advocate. Well, you know the rules.

I admit Eric Trump and by proxy Hannity lied about the gathering in NYC, as was easily documented by the many journalists there. My silence means I don't just admit the lie, but I support the liar, I support the lying, and I encourage more of both by my lack of dissent.

It was previously reported that Walt Nauta, a valet driver at Mar-a-Lago, was allegedly ordered by Trump to move boxes of documents into a storage room at Mar-a-Lago after the former president received the government subpoena to return the classified materials.

In June 2022, Trump's legal team is said to have "explicitly prohibited" federal agents from looking inside a storage room at Mar-a-Lago during their first attempt to recover the long-sought-after materials from Trump's Florida home.
I would love to hear the explanation as to why the FBI wasn't allowed to search the storage room. Their warrant was only for the docs; they couldn't just take memorabilia or accounting records if that was all they found inside.

If the warrant says they were allowed to look there, and Trump's legal team said "please don't" and the FBI didn't, that's on the FBI, sadly.

If the warrant didn't allow them, it's because they didn't have probable cause -- which means they were told precisely where everything else was. Which in turn means, their source didn't know about the storage room, and as such, is likely a SS agent.

I thought the warrant was to search the grounds in general, not just specific areas. I would like to hear the reasoning that was given to the FBI, though, as to why they couldn't. I can't imagine anyone from Trump's team that would be able to give a reason that doesn't reek of suspicion.

I'll look shortly, but I could have sworn it was three rooms.

    EDIT:

Statutes Identified in the Mar-a-Lago Warrant
The Mar-a-Lago warrant separately describes the premises to be searched (Attachment A) and the
property to be seized (Attachment B). The warrant authorized the search of all rooms in the Mar-a-Lago
resort that were used or available to former President Trump and his staff and in which boxes or
documents could be stored, but it excluded guest suites and private member areas. The warrant authorized
the government to seize all physical documents and records connected with three offenses defined in Title
    18 of the U.S. Code.

The cope over a lifelong criminal being indicted sure is something.

Almost as funny as the cope from the last two elections.

I'll never get the slavish devotion MAGAbillies have towards Trump when he has objectively been one of the worst things to happen to the American right wing since Dubya. How many elections have the GOP lost since he took over the party?

Overturning Roe vs Wade is also turning out to be a nightmare for the GOP since it has given Democrats something to rally around and the extremists in the GOP (Which is most of the party these days) can't help themselves from passing or trying to pass draconian anti-abortion laws with exceptions so deliberately poorly written that no doctor would risk performing an abortion unless the mother was literally about to die due to a nonviable pregnancy.

Kinda funny how MAGAbillies went from 'Trump will never be indicted!' to 'It's 34 misdemeanors' when it was in fact 34 felonies. Good luck seeing your Orange Overlord beating all 34 charges though. ANd he's still got to worry about the election theft investigation in Georgia and the Special Counsel investigating his theft of classified documents. The NY indictment is going to kick the door open for more indictments; no one wanted to be the first to do it but now that someone has, it'll be easier for other prosecutors to do so too.

And before there are more indictments, Trump will be in court later this month, pleading the fifth(like those who are guilty do according to Trump) over rape charges. The defense of him from those missing some chromosomes should be interesting, considering "grab them by the pussy" is a line most people in this entire world are probably fully aware of because Trump fucking bragging about sexually assaulting women.

And that's not even including the defamation lawsuit later this month as well where fox will lose billions because Loser trump lost.

The MAGA cope is just getting started. Honestly it hasn't stopped for years now.

This is the same person who doesn't know what a grand jury is. You can't expect them to know the difference between a misdemeanor and a felony, or even what either of those words even mean. I'm sure they view the DOJ's and Georgia's investigations as misdemeanors, too. Or at least the software that controls what the account posts, anyway. Guessing some right-wing version of ChatGPT.

Only a felony if it can be attributed to a crime.
And we know it was a crime, he's on tape committing the crime.

When I was five years old I didn't really like my sister. My sister HATED canned beets. Therefore, since I disliked my sister I felt like I had to like beets just to "stick it to her." So for like a year I'd act excited anytime my mom opened a can of beets for dinner. They were old, mushy, stale, and had terrible taste. But I fooled myself into liking them because she hated them so badly, and it was a way for me to differentiate myself from someone I didn't want to be like.

That's exactly what this MAGA shit is. It's a bunch of five year olds eating a disgusting can of beets because they fooled themselves with hatred.

I'm the one keeping up the conspiracies huh? idk mang, was the Trump cultists in this thread who were saying all Democrats would be arrested and jailed and "The Great Awakening" was happening when Trump won.

Instead Trump spent 2 hours a day (At most) of actual "executive time" where he'd passively listen to picture slide shows of his advisors, who all said they had to make things as simple as possible for him, and the rest of the time he ranted on Twitter and ate McDonald's. Oh yeah, and he probably sold a bunch of classified documents to Russia, but Jack Smith is working on that.

If you think these 34 felonies are the worst of Russian operative DJT's troubles, you're in for a bad surprise.

Even worse, Gen Z is showing up in massive numbers and voting overwhelmingly Democrat in 2022 and these last couple of special elections. Hoping the Republicans keep up their demonic march, because it's pissing off the generation they're fucking over enough to vote them out of office.

So, now we know how tall and fat Trump actually is as he was officially measured and weighed when he got arraigned. Around 20% heavier and a few inches shorter.

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl...9c9b15ad&ei=16

Former President Donald Trump was arrested and arraigned on Tuesday in New York.

Trump was indicted on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records related to his alleged role in hush money payments to multiple women during his 2016 presidential campaign. He pled not guilty to those charges.

As part of the booking process, Trump’s measurements were taken. While the former President has long tried to overplay his height and underplay his weight, the reality was revealed on Tuesday. Trump came in at 6’1″ and 270 pounds.
