Well, it's a civil trial, not a criminal trial. Statute of limitations has run out on that, unfortunately, unless they can find someone he assaulted recently.

Fucked up but it's maybe one of the actual honest things he's maybe ever said that has some truth. These people maybe not all famous but powerful had always been able to do that. fortunately we started letting women have equal rights, we're still a long way but now we have women in positions of power. We saw it with the whole MeToo movement. Accountability for being a sexual predator by the rich and powerful has finally arrived. Still some ways to go, but we're making progress.
