Executives who are making tens/hundreds of millions off of selling their shares in their companies following major stock buybacks.

Following the tax cuts, roughly 28 percent of companies in the S&P 500 mentioned plans to return some of their tax savings to shareholders, according to Morgan Stanley. Public companies announced more than $600 billion in buybacks in the first half of this year — already toppling the previous annual record.

Year to date, buybacks have doubled from the same period a year ago, Merrill Lynch said in a July 24 report, citing its clients’ trading activity. “Last week we noted that buyback activity [was] poised to accelerate over the next six weeks, and indeed, corporate clients’ buybacks picked up to a two-month high and the 6th-highest level in our data history,” the company said.

The Trump administration is considering bypassing Congress to grant a $100 billion tax cut to wealthy Americans by allowing taxpayers to account for inflation while determining capital gains tax liabilities, the New York Times reported on Monday.

The newspaper, quoting from an interview with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, said the administration could change the definition of “cost” used to calculate capital gains, allowing taxpayers to adjust the value of an asset for inflation when it is sold.

“If it can’t get done through a legislation process, we will look at what tools at Treasury we have to do it on our own and we’ll consider that,” the Times quoted Mnuchin as saying. “We are studying that internally, and we are also studying the economic costs and the impact on growth.”

I like where Giuliani is saying Trump wasn't at the Russia meeting even though no one has even brought up if Trump himself was there or not.

Get as much value for yourself and your associates as you can (Tax cuts), load up the debt on others (Deficit), bail (Not seriously run for election in 2020, throw the game). Everything else can take a flying fuck at a rolling doughnut.

I'd more likely believe that he'd want the Dems to win so they might just impeach him. Imagine all the legal clusterfuck he'd cause if something like this happened. He knows he's fucked so he sets up the stage in the worst possible way for himself so that when the hammer does fall he plays the perfect victim.

Like Poopymonster said, he's already got his two scoops. All he needs to do now is shit everything else up. Throwing as much mud as possible, by discrediting any proceeding against him, at the Dems for coming down on him would be the perfect way to do that.
