For some extra context, it may not be totally petty. The toe pads are likely to counter his forward lean. That lean and his odor may be symptoms of frontotemporal dementia - the odor is from deteriorating personal hygiene.

It develops slowly but he was showing signs in 2016. Focusing on these details both pokes at his vanity and also reminds us that the man may be legitimately unwell - both physically and mentally.

Now, if only the cultists would shepard their idol off to a retirement home.

part of his odor might be because of his need to wear diapers...

Merry Christmas to all, including Crooked Joe Biden’s ONLY HOPE, Deranged Jack Smith.

Included also are World Leaders, both good and bad, but none of which are as evil and ‘sick’ as the THUGS we have inside our Country who, with their Open Borders, INFLATION, Afghanistan Surrender, Green New Scam, High Taxes, No Energy Independence, Woke Military, Russia/Ukraine, Israel/Iran, All Electric Car Lunacy, and so much more, are looking to destroy our once great USA. MAY THEY ROT IN HELL. AGAIN, MERRY CHRISTMAS
-- Donald Trump, candidate for US President some of our posters have chosen on purpose. I'd name and shame them, but it's not worth it -- they're cowards who fled, unable to defend this behavior.
@Resurgo I think he needs to put diapers over his mouth, too. Oh, wait, he typed that. Fingers, then. Or phone.

I know this is just another day ending in -ay for Drumpf but... Afghanistan Surrender?

Brother that was YOUR decision unless I'm misremembering horribly?

Someone wrap a diaper around his hands I swear to...

No no, if it was his decision it would have gone perfectly. It went badly, ergo it must be someone else's fault that he had nothing to do with.

You know, if you found a retirement home with a golf course, you let him get up to do big speeches at a podium, fed him McDonald's, and you decorated his room like the one in Mar-a-lago, I don't think he'd even notice something had changed.

Petty? If it were anyone other than Trump I'd agree. But he makes these personal and juvenile attacks all the time. Fight fire with fire and all that. Meaningless? Sure. Very little at this point will move the needle on public opinion of Trump- certainly not an ad calling him stinky.

Personally though I love it just because I know how mad it will make him.

The Daily Mail UK shared this word cloud of what a thousand people thought would happen with a Trump second term.

"Of course, and they did nothing with Biden, the biased fake news media!"

No, they did Biden too. #1 was "nothing". #2 was "economy". Biden is basically vanilla. You can check the link if you don't believe me.

"Okay, but they're just some random source. Why post this?"

Because Trump shared it on his social media platform that he owns and runs.

"Um...surely he decried it, saying it was Fake News?"

He actually did not comment. When Trump dislikes something, he decries it with 140 characters OF ALL CAPS. Trump is siding with these depictions of what people think his second term will be -- a power trip of revenge by a dictator.

And as for the "voluminuous" and "irrefutable" evidence, I haven't seen any.

So, I spent the last 23 minutes reading the 2020 Election Thread looking for people who
    a) are Trump supporters
    b) posted within two weeks of the election, either direction
    c) have posted in the last two weeks

I found zero. I could have missed one, but that's just how rare they are.

So instead I'm going to @ @Doctor Amadeus and @TheramoreIsTheBomb who were both very involved around the election, have posted recently, and both appear to be rational, genuine posters.

Have either of you seen this "voluminuous" and "irrefutable" evidence? Because I have not, but I admit I am biased. Perhaps one/both of you have? Based on the number of posts in previous political threads, this does seem like a topic you'd want to weigh in on in this fast-moving thread, and very likely, in a direction that's honest. This is a serious issue raised by the leading candidate of the Republican Party, and both of you had a lot to say in the 2020 election, so I believe you'll take this seriously.
There have absolutely been no stolen elections or anything of the kind. Over the few years especially since Trump I have gotten to know more Conservatives and Republicans, None that would or have voted for Trump.

I have been part of some of the local elections where I live and where, some SOME have voted for Trump, not even they at least openly suggest the election was stolen. They more like to throw a lot of rumors and conjecture, because the 2020 election was one of the first to really have a massive mail in ballot vote.

However almost none of the mail in votes had any discrepancy. At least not more than what would typically happen in any election.

So the idea that something could have happened, or something can happen, or just an over all general misunderstanding coupled with misinformation.

Nobody of any real mind or value is suggesting the election was stolen, at least not in any real valid way specifically. Nothing more than just conjecture at best.

At best most of the suspicion revolves around what people didn't see as opposed to what they did. Trump Rally's being more specific, the media also lending more visibility to Trump as well.

Loud and visible does not make an election winner, if that were the case Hillary would have won who also carried the majority of votes.

Trump lost the popular vote TWICE, more people voted for Biden by a lot, mostly because they were turned off by Trump meaning a shit ton of Republicans and Conservatives who might have otherwise voted for Trump that didn't but Voted for everything else Republican.

Bottom line is Trump lost, and at least here he lost too many Republicans and the Youth Vote

And as far as proof the MN Registry is available for look up, and to my knowledge here, Nobody Dead Voted, The exact amount of ballots that were sent out, came back if they voted.

And anybody who voted or registered as Mickey Mouse or something wouldn't have even made it to any actual count, because the votes are verified by at least two representatives from either party and in some cases a third, which is why it can take a long time.

Nobody cheated, no software was accessed to flip votes, and the reason it took SOO long is because a record number of people voted, and many did so by mail.

The ONLY people still holding onto it was a rigged election are the stupid (intentionally lying) or willfully ignorant AKA Conspiracy nuts, even among Trump Supporters.

Give it a few more years, and no Conservative or Republican of any stripe voted for Trump.
    Just ask them.

Thank you for responding, and in such detail. If only every poster could be counted on to express their opinions honestly when asked directly in appropriate context.

Hey, russia just published new school texts that say Trump only lost because the Democrats stole the election and russia wouldn't lie surely.

It's so weird. Why are russia so adamant about supporting someone who is supposedly uber tough on them, instead of someone supposedly soft on them, like [Insert any democrat here].

Some are very proud to embrace Trump and what he stands for. Even if they aren’t honest about why.

Glad I could share my experience alone. I’m no expert, but I’ve organized for decades and given my mind, my time and resources.

Disagreement has always been one thing, strong passionate ideologies another.

But when simple facts and truths are debated as hot topics such as our elections process, it’s more than a little troubling.

Trump demands recusal of Maine secretary of state in 14th Amendment determination

Former President Trump on Wednesday demanded the Maine secretary of state recuse herself from her upcoming decision on the former president’s ballot eligibility under the 14th Amendment, citing her past statements about the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.

Unlike other states, where plaintiffs have sued over Trump’s eligibility in court, Maine’s system first allows the secretary of state to weigh in. Challengers can then appeal in state court.

In response to three petitions challenging Trump’s ballot eligibility, Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, a Democrat, is set to issue a decision in the coming days.

On Wednesday, Trump’s lawyers wrote Bellows a letter demanding she disqualify herself over three tweets she previously issued referencing Jan. 6, including those in which she described the attack as an insurrection.
The 14th Amendment prohibits someone from holding “any office … under the United States” if they “engaged in insurrection” after taking an oath to support the Constitution.

“Using similar language, the Challengers have claimed that the events of January 6, 2021, constituted a violent insurrection and that President Trump somehow poses a danger from which Maine voters must be protected. Thus, the Secretary has already passed judgment on the Challengers’ core assertions,” Trump’s lawyers wrote in the letter.

Bellows’s spokesperson said the secretary is not commenting while the matter is pending.

The letter cites two social media posts Bellows issued the day Trump was acquitted in his second impeachment trial, which concerned the Capitol riot.

“The Jan 6 insurrection was an unlawful attempt to overthrow the results of a free and fair election. Today 57 Senators including King & Collins found Trump guilty. That’s short of impeachment but nevertheless an indictment. The insurrectionists failed, and democracy prevailed,” Bellows wrote on Twitter, the platform now known as X.

The letter also takes aim at a post Bellows issued on the one-year anniversary of Jan. 6, in which she reposted a news report highlighting Bellows’s efforts to protect election workers.

“One year after the violent insurrection, it’s important to do all we can to safeguard our elections,” Bellows wrote.

Challenges to Trump’s ballot eligibility have been mounted in states across the country. Earlier on Wednesday, Michigan’s top court denied a 14th Amendment challenge, and similar lawsuits have been rejected in places including Minnesota.

In Colorado, however, the state’s top court became the first to declare Trump ineligible for the state’s primary ballot, in a case expected to reach the U.S. Supreme Court within days.

Is Trump really using the statement for why he shouldn't be on the ballot, as the reason why the person should recuse themself for an attempt to remove Trump from the ballot?

"Your honor, the police should drop the case against me robbing a bank, because they arrested me."
