BTW, "Felon Don" has a nice mouthfeel to it. You can to emphasize the "on" in "felon" to make it work properly.

Essentially it has to be new evidence that they couldn't have gotten earlier doing due diligence, and as this was mostly a records case, almost all evidence is going to fail that test.

It's also going to fail test 2 & 3 because that's the only kind of evidence in this trial that couldn't have been gotten through doing their due diligence.
I would say it fails an even bigger test.

    It would have to exist.

There is no proof of Trumps innocence because he is guilty. We know he payed Stormy, we know he tried to disguise the payment. That is the crime.

But yeah, it most likely fails that test too.

Yeah all it takes is one of these idiots to take the rhetoric too far to cause problems.

Yeah, I can't see a realistic option at all where Trump has evidence that proves Trump is innocent, and Trump did not bring it forwards. Bear in mind, his crimes are mostly about handing records to the government and saying "these are real". If he turned over the real ones, he wouldn't have been arrested in the first place.

The bad thing, there are not even one politician, to counter his arguments. US, EU, GB is drowning in migrants, hostile, dangerous, and ofc brainless.
They came to conquer, not with an intellect, but with brute blunt force, they want it their way, they even don't understand, that if they ruin all the civility itself, they will just come back to what they were running from.

You'd have to establish this is something that exists and not just the whinging of a bunch of xenophobic racists, first.

Casual reminder that immigrants in the US are statistically significantly less likely to commit crimes, including violent crimes. Natural born citizens are far more likely to do that.

Gosh, it's like some people can't help themselves but volunteer the apparent racism in public for no reason.

What useless racist dribble. You're as brainless as the bigoted caricature of migrants are in your mind.

Trump was a moron who'd have more money now if he stuck his money in a low yield mutual fund and a few months into office blabbed Israeli intelligence to the Russian president, something the Israeli's weren't happy with as well as his own staff. But you keep voting for that guy who told ya'll to drink bleach to defeat covid and sold steaks at sharper image.

Shhhhhhh. Be quiet with your facts. If brown man didn't steal Spey's job than he only has himself to blame and Daddy Trump told him he was a good boy as long as he donates to his legal fund and buys rooms at his hotel.

One of the many "best parts" of Trump's 34 felony convictions, is that the felonies are directly tied to his 2016 presidential win. So that election itself will be forever tainted.

It always was, especially with the aggressive Russian interference that Republicans welcomed (hey, do you remember that Russia has records of RNC emails like they did for the DNC but never released them? Do you wonder why, ever? I do.). Now it's just more official, unless you're a reality-rejecting Trump supporter.

I had actually forgotten that they had both sides' emails.

Very much more official, which just keeps getting better and better.

Apparently Rudy isn't totally disbarred, just from NY, but he can still theoretically practice in DC...but may not for much longer.

The ex–New York City mayor is facing disbarment after the D.C. Board on Professional Responsibility recommended that he lose his law license over his involvement in lawsuits alleging election fraud in 2020.

“We conclude that disbarment is the only sanction that will protect the public, the courts, and the integrity of the legal profession, and deter other lawyers from launching similarly baseless claims in the pursuit of such wide-ranging yet completely unjustified relief,” the board’s recommendation reads.
    Get rekt.

It hasn’t been a good year for Giuliani, although he’s in deep denial about it, not including his thoughts on the 2020 election. He filed for bankruptcy last year but is still spending lavishly and ignoring his many creditors. He’s desperately trying to make money, even resorting to selling his own brand of coffee. He can’t find a new accountant after his old one dropped him, and one of his ex-cronies, Lev Parnas, spilled the beans on how Giuliani tried to manufacture a Biden-Ukraine scandal, something that Giuliani still hasn’t given up on.

On top of that, Giuliani has to deal with more fallout from his 2020 election efforts. After being indicted in Arizona for his election machinations there, he doubled down on his allegations of fraud and had a pitiful defense for his actions: highlighting all of the states where he challenged election results. He even taunted the Arizona attorney general in trying to dodge a subpoena, only to be served near his Florida residence anyway. And Trump still hasn’t paid him for all of that legal work, either.

It’s easy to see why Giuliani should be disbarred, as he doesn’t seem to know when to stop, no matter how much trouble he’s in. But hey, it’s something that he has in common with his most famous client.
America's Mayor is on track to end up broke and couch surfing his golden years away, at this point.

Another bonus of Trump being a convicted felon - he is now barred from entering my country. In fact there are 37 countries that will not allow convicted felons from entering, including Canada, the UK, Japan, China, Australia and Israel.

In some cases you can be granted entry but that requires begging the government to grant permission.

That's the NYPost so I believe them.
I have to say, a wife not saying anything about her husband's conviction is much much worse than a daughter saying she still loves him and apparently still supports him.

...But the only person here who's been found legally liable for sexual assault is Donald Trump.

In Trump's world, neither are acceptable. The only acceptable reaction is for them to say Trump did nothing wrong, and the entire thing is rigged. Neither did either.

Sure, neither are good...but one is definitively worse than the other. A daughter that says she loves her father even after his convictions is at least something. Complete silence from his wife is nearly as bad as a condemnation.
