I mean, go ahead. Outside of some banking things, there is very little regulation around it anyway as most of it isn't based in the US. I don't invest in crypto and a lot of people I know already think it is a scam.

The problem is, since Trump will be President, a sitting President cannot be prosecuted while in office. The problem being is if they were to be incarcerated, they would still be a sitting President and still have to fulfill all of their duties as President from whatever jail cell they are in. And unless they actively step down, the 25th Amendment wouldn't come into play as it has to be a voluntary release from duties(like what happens when a President goes in for surgery) or a forced one where the VP and the executive cabinet removes the President because they are unfit for duty. That is the whole justification for why the DoJ won't bring charges against a current sitting President.
I mean, they could put him in a military jail cell but they would still need access to special rooms to deal with sensitive or otherwise classified information. It would literally be a jail that allows him the freedom to move around and leave when needed. Which pretty much defeats the idea behind incarceration as a form of punishment to begin with.
Unless the US Constitution is changed(and I've talked about this before) to basically state that if a sitting President commits a high crime(this would have to be defined in very specific terms or it will be abused by an opposing party), they are automatically removed from office and the VP takes over.
Also, he cannot force his state level or civil charges to be dropped as he would still have to deal with them. The only part is that he wouldn't go to jail over them and the fines already levied against him can still be collected on his personal property since those judgements were already rendered way before he became a sitting President.
Do you, guys, think now that Trump is elected, we will see the decline of woke culture taking over everything and terrorism support waning?
Just curious.

Nobody that complains about "woke" culture ever tells me an actual definition of what they think it means.
Remember all, the first rule about communicating is having a common definition for terms. Otherwise, we might as well as reenact the Star Trek: TNG episode Darmok.
On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

Oh, come on, everybody knows what it is. Don't act so naive.
I aint trolling.
Genuinely curious.
The agenda pushing for minorities, women, LGBTQ, etc...
It's not that hard.
Not him.
But, like him, i share his concern for the gaming, film and TV industries being ruined by this ideology, in addition to campuses and media being taken over by terrorist supporters.

Ok, define what agenda is being talked about. To have equal rights? To have more rights than others? To have equal representation in media? To have more representation in media? To just exist? Because if it is about equal rights for all people, then "woke" culture is a damn good thing to have. And if anyone thinks people shouldn't have the same rights because they are gay, trans, black, white, female, male, believe in a deity or not or from another star, that person is nothing more than a bigot and should be treated as such.
Once again, you need to define the terms you are using so people understand what you are saying. Agenda is a nebulous term. It could mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. I cannot read your mind or hear your intention behind what you are putting out there so you actively need to define what you think these terms mean to you. There is such a thing as "speaking the same language and not understanding each other".
The problem is that people who hate "woke" culture think that someone else getting the same rights as them is taking away from themselves. It isn't a zero-sum game. Someone else getting the right to do something doesn't take away the right of someone else. They can still be the same assholes as before. They just can no longer punish someone for having those rights.
As I said in my last post, we might as well as cosplay the episode Darmok from TNG because that is about as clear of communication that some people are bringing forward.

And this, my fellow mmo-champions, is a shining example of the type of person just elected to lead the most powerful country on earth, by half of the like-minded population.
If you are one of those people, please take a moment to reflect. Is keeping others down the only way you can feel up?

That is the thing here. They refuse to define what they mean by "woke" culture because a lot of the times, they just mean they don't want to see gay, trans or any other minority in the media that they consume and if it is in there, it is pushing the idea that they must agree with it. They refuse to define it because their definition is literally them coming out and saying "Hello. I am a massive bigot that hates people who are different than me in one way or the other to get the same rights and chances I do."

Oh, I've have worked around plenty of people like that for a good part of my working life. Anymore, I either call them out on it and let whatever happens(usually if it is something extremely racist, sexist or bigoted) or stay away from them and tell others what they are like. Figure if enough people ignore them, they will get the hint that their viewpoints are not welcome and either keep them to themselves or go somewhere else.
