Trump has signed an executive order sanctioning the International Criminal Court, accusing it of "illegitimate and baseless actions targeting America and our close ally Israel".

The measure places financial and visa restrictions on individuals and their families who assist in ICC investigations of American citizens or allies.

In January, the US House of Representatives voted to sanction the ICC after it issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Yoav Gallant over war crimes allegations in Gaza, which Israel denies. The ICC also issued a warrant for a Hamas commander.

At the time, the ICC said it "regrets any attempts to undermine the court's independence, integrity and impartiality".

Aaron Craig Gleason, an anti-LGBTQ+ writer who has accused queer people of “grooming” children for sexual abuse, has been arrested and charged for molesting a child under the age of 12.

Gleason, a 39-year-old middle school teacher and soccer coach who has written for the anti-LGBTQ+ media outlets The Daily Wire, The Federalist, and The Imaginative Conservative, was arrested on January 28 by police officers in Okaloosa, Florida. He has been charged with the “lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under the age of 12 by a person over the age of 18” and was held in jail on a $75,000 bond.

DOGE staffer resigns over ties to racist social media posts: report

A 25-year-old Department of Government Efficiency engineer who sent shockwaves through Capitol Hill by his access to sensitive U.S. Treasury payment systems has stepped down from his role at DOGE over scrutiny about racist internet posts, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Marko Elez, who worked for Elon Musk-owned companies SpaceX, Starlink and X before signing on for a role at DOGE, resigned Thursday over questions about his ties to a social media account that promoted "racism and eugenics," the Journal reported.

His resignation came after the publication questioned the White House about his connections to the now-deleted social media account, the report added.

“You could not pay me to marry outside of my ethnicity,” the account wrote on X in September, a Wall Street Journal review of archived posts found. “Normalize Indian hate,” the account wrote the same month, in reference to a post "noting the prevalence of people from India in Silicon Valley," the Journal said.

Elez, who attended Rutgers University and focused on artificial intelligence while working at Musk’s companies, had full control over the computer code that directs Security payments, tax returns and other payments owed to Americans – which raised concerns for lawmakers on Capitol Hill and became the center of a lawsuit filed by federal workers.

“The account, @nullllptr—a misspelling of a keyword in the C++ programming language—was deleted in December, but hundreds of brash, sometimes-sophomoric posts have been archived,” according to the Journal report.

Another post from the user in December appeared to show a particular dislike for Indian software engineers: “99% of Indian H1Bs will be replaced by slightly smarter LLMs, they’re going back don’t worry guys”

Border Czar Tom Homan is 'dealing' with leak that derailed ICE raid

A furious Border Czar Tom Homan raged against an apparent intelligence leak that derailed a massive immigration raid on Tren de Aragua gang members in Colorado this week.

Homan announced he is 'dealing' with the source of the leak after the disruption when multiple federal agencies planned the action at multiple locations in Aurora, Colorado to rot out illegal migrants and gang members.

The incident unfolded early on Wednesday morning when hundreds of agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the FBI, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)descended on a number of apartment complexes.

But after each complex was searched for hours, just 30 arrests were made, and only one bust was a Tren de Aragua (TdA) member, Fox News' Bill Melugin reported.

These numbers fell far short of the over 100 arrests that authorities expected.

ICE acting director Caleb Vitello admitted after the operation that something appeared to derail the effort.

'I do get the impression that there were some intel leaks here. And I think that probably they did know that we were coming,' Vitello said.

Homan, who was at the raid early Wednesday morning to pump up the hundreds of law enforcement officers, took to Fox News on Thursday to send a warning to anyone planning on obstructing his agents.

'We've already identified how this operation got leaked,' he said visibly angered.

'I'll deal with that today,' Homan said sternly. 'It's not a game.'

'They may find themselves in pair handcuffs very soon,' Homan added of whoever leaked information about the early morning raids.

'I'm working very close, starting this morning, with Department of Justice.'

Footage of the Wednesday raid obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com shows several alleged TdA members emerge on the roof of the Whispering Pines Apartment as agents moved in.

The complex is a known TdA hotspot, and videos emerged last year showing gangsters carrying guns around threatening the inhabitants.

Since Trump took office, about 194 TdA thugs have been arrested by the federal government, according to Fox News.
