Is he even conducting an audit? I know that's his excuse, but has there been any evidence that he's doing an audit? From the, admittedly limited, coverage I've seen, he's compromising security, copying databases, and sending emails to employees (with offers and instructions he may not even be legally able to issue).

That was the whole premise of it. Of course, it was a lie because they have not actually audited the biggest things that would actively remove waste. They have only gone after things that were investigating, or have investigated in the past, Elon Musk or Trump. That is the problem.

Along with the fact they are basically thumbing their nose at the actual checks and balances.

Honestly, this is where if they try and shutter anything and it is rumored that is what they are going for, figure out a way of refusing to let them in. Bar the doors, lock down the network and the like.

But before they scramble to delete this, let’s take a deep dive into the staggering level of hypocrisy, bias, and outright corruption within the moderation team—specifically @Flarelaine & @Rozz, the political forum moderators, and @Tziva, who I’ve had multiple conversations with. Buckle up, because we’re about to expose everything.

1. The Moderation Team is a Left-Wing Safe Space

Who's Responsible? @Flarelaine & @Rozz – The political forum moderators who have allowed unchecked rule-breaking by left-wing posters while disproportionately targeting conservative users. @Tziva – Admitted the forum is poorly moderated, yet does nothing to fix it. @Edge – A mod who responded to legitimate concerns with “Cool story, bro.” Yes, that is the level of professionalism we’re dealing with.

These biased moderators have made the forum an echo chamber, where only one side can express themselves.

2. The Receipts: Selective Enforcement and Double Standards
This isn't an opinion-this is supported, in fact, by several months of examples of outright hypocrisy in moderation. Let's look at just a few instances:

December 3, 2024 – "Rules? Only When Convenient"
I got an infraction for "baiting", but these comments were left on with no action taken:
@Doomcookie: "YOU SUPPORT RAPISTS!!! YOU ARE A RAPIST." @Surfd: calls me a "fukwit." @fwc577: "Trump's dick is so far down my throat it's coming out my ass."
Multiple reports were ignored. Only after I escalated it to a super moderator did anything happen. How is that fair enforcement?

November 9, 2024 - "Satirical Commentary is a Problem, But Frothing Rants Are Fine"
I posted a satirical take on the economy.
✔ Instant infraction for "word salad."
✔ Meanwhile, others were ranting, calling Trump voters "cultists," and making fact-free emotional arguments.
✔ None of them were moderated.

Explain that one, @Flarelaine.

November 4, 2024 - "Reporting Rule Breakers Gets YOU Punished"
I reported clear personal attacks, including:

"People who voted for Trump are cultists."
"You support a rapist."
What happened? I got infracted for 'excessive reporting.' Instead of punishment for actual rule-breakers.

✔ You report abuse: YOU are the problem.
✔ Don't report, and that's on you, I suppose.
✔ Actual rule-breakers, post away without problems.

October 14, 2024 – "The AI Infraction That Wasn't"
Infracted over AI-generated content.
✔ A few days later, overturned - because there is no such rule.
✔ They literally issued the punishment first, then realized they had no reason to.

This isn't moderation-this is knee-jerk incompetence at its finest.

3. The Appeals Process is a Joke
If you think the appeal system exists to ensure fairness, you're dead wrong. Here's what actually happens:

✔ 99% of appeals are ignored outright.
✔ The few that get responses are met with copy-paste dismissals.
✔ Moderators never take any blame, no matter how crystal clear the evidence is.

Even Tziva, who at least tries to keep an illusion of professionalism, admitted that moderators don't even have time to enforce the rules fairly.

Okay, so let's put it all into context:
✔ They refuse to consistently enforce the rules.
✔ They refuse to fairly review reports.
✔ They refuse to acknowledge mistakes.

What exactly do these moderators do besides protecting their ideological allies?

4. Edge's Unprofessionalism – A Case Study in Moderator Arrogance
Perhaps one of the most brazen examples of how unserious and biased this moderation team is comes from Edge, a mod who responded to legitimate concerns with:

Yes, that is a real response from a so-called moderator.

✔ A user points out blatant moderation bias.
✔ The response from the moderation team? Mock them.

If that is the level of professionalism that we get from this forum, no wonder nobody takes it seriously anymore.

We all know what is going to happen:
This post will be deleted.
I will be banned.
Flarelaine & Rozz will high-five each other for "handling" the problem.

And in doing so, they will prove every single point I've made.

✔ If they had nothing to hide, this discussion would stay up.
✔ If they were actually fair, they'd enforce rules equally.
✔ If they had self-awareness, they'd acknowledge their own bias.

But instead, they'll delete this post, act like it never happened, and keep doing their selective enforcement like the cowardly, unaccountable mods they are.

6. Why This Forum is Dying
This is not a forum for open discussion; it is a carefully contrived echo chamber in which the rules serve only to police one side of the debate.

✔ If you're Left, say what you will.
✔ If you're Conservative, hound, harass, and infract.

Forums like this die from blatant bias.

Mods are not here to enforce the rules but to protect their viewpoints.

Here's the issue unless congress actually stands up to them yeah they effectively have the power of the purse. The dismantling of USAID and the DoE is beyond illegal but it isn't going to stop them. They are just breaking everything they can and refusing to use earmarked funds for what they are earmarked. Unless congress actually stands up to them which they won't with Republican control they will keep going.

For God's sake we already have the start of a concentration camp in gizmo. Stop saying they can't do that and start figuring out what you can do to protect yourself and your loved ones. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like there will be a military coup to regain sanity so this is likely the new normal going forward. I never thought I would be legitimately hoping for a military coup of the united states but that's the point we are at.

Oh, I have never once said they won't or is not doing that. In fact, if Congress doesn't do it's duly elected responsibilities, we basically now have an illegitimate government as now the checks and balances laid out in the Constitution are literally null and void. Because the federal government, not the states, get their authority from the US Constitution.

It would be then up to the states themselves to either enforce it, by means they feel they need to use, or people themselves.
