You do realize that the term "lame duck" usually means a President that cannot pass what they want because there is one or more parts of Congress that is part of the opposing party, right?

It doesn't apply to a President who's belong to a party that controls pretty much the entire federal government. Trump is the exact opposite of a "lame duck" president.
