Blue states need to start arresting ICE for being compliant in this, especially if they still continue it after the 7-2 SCOTUS ruling. And if the police won't do their job on this, since the majority of them are also bigots start firing them.

I'll note the SCOTUS ruling didn't say anything about arresting people. Only deporting them to El Salvador specifically.

Local law enforcement can arrest federal officers if they break the law. This has happened before and will happen again.

The question then becomes, are they? And that is probably not such an easy question to answer. Like, can ICE just lawfully detain anybody as long as a judge cleans up the mess they create after them? What about if the latter can't be expected? Is reasonable suspicion about that enough to block ICE from operating in your local jurisdiction?

I doubt any police officer is going to want to find out the answer to that themself before the courts do.

I don't think the people behind the photo are trying to say that the "MS13" are literally tattooed there. I think they've been added on top of a photo of his actual tattoos, suggesting that the symbols represent those four characters. If you look underneath the symbols, they're also spelled out in full word form: "Marijuana", "Smile", "Cross", "Skull". The First two are "MS", not sure how they get "13" from the last two.

It's hardly definitive, regardless.





That all being said, I'd not put it past Trump to think the "MS13" on that page are literally tattoos.

Cross is a one because it's a single like long line etc. not a long stretch cause it has been used before as a one. Idk about with ms13 tats but just commonly.
