As of a couple of hours ago, he's only said "Rest in Peace Pope Francis! May God Bless him and all who loved him!"
Don't think he cares enough about the Pope to even bother with more than that, honestly.

The lack of the word "Biden" and because it wasn't 2AM suggests he didn't write that himself.
Incidentally, Biden did more than Trump. You know, in keeping with history.
- - - Updated - - -It is with great sadness that Jill and I learned of the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis. He was unlike any who came before him. Pope Francis will be remembered as one of the most consequential leaders of our time and I am better for having known him. For decades, he served the most vulnerable across Argentina and his mission of serving the poor never ceased. As Pope, he was a loving pastor and challenging teacher who reached out to different faiths. He commanded us to fight for peace and protect our planet from a climate crisis. He advocated for the voiceless and powerless. He made all feel welcome and seen by the Church. He promoted equity and an end to poverty and suffering across the globe. And above all, he was a Pope for everyone. He was the People's Pope - a light of faith, hope, and love.
I get the parallel. But my point is, this is yet another time Trump yells in the camera "I want to give you Americans free money!" that, to date, has a zero point negative zero success rate. DOGE? Nothing. Mexico paying for the wall? Mexico didn't even pay for coffee. Tariffs boost the economy? Didn't work last time, then a million Americans died.
Trump saying "reparations!" means less than nothing. Migrants have nothing, and migrants pay taxes. The countries of origin won't pay. And Trump won't pay out of US taxpayer funds because, well, they're all going to the tax cut for the rich. The only people stupid enough to believe this "reparations!" bit are people as senile or retarded as Trump, or as brainwashed into blind support as @tehdang who I am just going to predict won't mention this topic in any way, let along negatively.
Not to put too fine a point on it, but the idea is that you get your cultists used to the idea of free money first, really make them feel like they're owed it, get them all riled up, then you tell them who "unfairly" has said money.
It's easier for people to start feeling like they deserve that money if they're not being forced to admit that it's being taken away from someone else until they already feel like it's theirs.
Whether they actually have money or not is irrelevant, because the fascists would get what they want.

I know what non-profit you are talking about. The USADF(United States African Development Foundation). The difference here being is that the Federal Reserve has far stronger security and cannot just be forcefully entered. And unlike the USADF, there are no appointees of DOGE, Musk or Trump in the Federal Reserve.
I expect Trump to try something but, as we can see today, even the threat of it is causing the markets to basically tank. Actually doing it will cause pretty much a major crash similar to what happened during the Housing market bust. And that isn't even including the bond market pretty much collapsing seeing as that is far more affected by the workings of the Fed than the stock market.
The kicker is, if the bond market collapses, the government cannot borrow money and would also be forced to pay back money that it cannot.

So, here is something. Kristi Noem, the head of the DHS, pretty much got robbed at a restaurant. Items included $3k in cash, her drivers license, medication, apartment keys, her DHS keycard, passport and blank checks.
Talk about a major fuckup there.
https://www.cnn.com/2025/04/21/polit...len/index.html
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem fell victim to a thief while eating dinner at a downtown Washington, DC, restaurant Sunday night, the secretary confirmed Monday.
Noem, who was asked about the theft at the White House Easter Egg Roll, acknowledged the incident and said the matter has not been resolved.
The Secret Service, which provides security for Noem, reviewed security camera footage at the restaurant and saw an unknown white male wearing a medical mask steal her bag and leave the restaurant, a law enforcement source said.
The thief got away with Noem’s driver’s license, medication, apartment keys, passport, DHS access badge, makeup bag, blank checks, and about $3,000 in cash.
The Secret Service has launched an investigation to trace any use of Noem’s financial instruments, the person added.

Imagine being the head of an agency and getting robbed by essentially a petty thief.

Oh, it isn't just that she is a head of an agency. It is that she is the head of an agency that is literally in charge of security for the nation. The Department of Homeland Security.
It would be the same if Kash Patel got robbed while he was looking away.
Only the best folks. Only the best.

So, China taking a play right out of Trump's own playbook. They are actively threatening anyone that "appeases" Trump in trade deals that would ultimately hurt China.

It’s possible his flunkies, knowing that this is one of the few safeguards against Trump totally imploding everything, are actually telling him that he can’t do anything about Powell, even if in theory there was some backdoor weird way he could, as a sort of spineless form of passive opposition where they don’t actually have to be perceived as going against him but nonetheless stop him from doing this terrible, stupid, no-good idea.

So hey, here is something. Trump's administration is getting the Trumpian treatment of being ignored after stating they want something done.
New York is basically ignoring Trump's Transportation Secretary order to remove the congestion pricing that is in effect on the busiest parts of Manhattan. They are now going to ask again a month from now to have it removed.
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/fe...2ea9182c&ei=16
This is what I am talking about when Trump tries to do something to the states that the states are in direct control of and they don't care what this administration does. They will basically ignore them and tell them to go fuck off.The Trump administration has given New York another month to cease its congestion toll after the state ignored a Sunday deadline to shut down the $9 fee for most drivers coming into the busiest part of Manhattan.
U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, in a Monday letter to New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, said the state risks losing federal funding and approvals for certain projects from the Federal Highway Administration.
The missive gives New York officials another 30 days to stop collecting the toll — or at least explain why they're not breaking the law by continuing with the program after the government revoked its federal approval in February.
“The federal government sends billions to New York — but we won’t foot the bill if Governor Hochul continues to implement an illegal toll to backfill the budget of New York’s failing transit system,” Duffy said in a statement after issuing the letter. “We are giving New York one last chance to turn back or prove their actions are not illegal.”
Hochul’s office didn’t immediately respond to an email seeking comment Monday. Spokespersons for the Democrat and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the state agency overseeing the tolls, confirmed Sunday that its system of traffic cameras continues to collect the fee assessed on most cars entering the borough below Central Park.
The fee, which began Jan. 5, is meant to reduce traffic jams and raise billions of dollars in revenue for New York’s subways, commuter trains and public buses.
But President Donald Trump, a native New Yorker whose namesake Trump Tower and other properties are within the congestion zone, had vowed to kill the plan as soon as he took office.
After first rescinding federal approval earlier this year, Duffy called the program “a slap in the face to working class Americans and small business owners," and initially gave New York until March 21 to stop charging the toll.
The MTA challenged Duffy’s decision in federal court and Duffy subsequently pushed the deadline back by a month, to April 20.
The toll varies depending on type of vehicle and time of day and comes on top of tolls drivers already pay to cross bridges and tunnels into Manhattan.
Drivers of most passenger cars pay $9 to enter Manhattan south of Central Park on weekdays between 5 a.m. and 9 p.m. and on weekends between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. During off hours, the toll will be $2.25 for most vehicles.
Other big cities around the world, including London and Stockholm, have long had similar fees to reduce traffic congestion.
