If your argument is "to bring forth justice" then it should apply to the most prolific violators as well. There'd be the crime of evading border security, if he were crossing the national border. But there's no such equivalent for interstate travel, not unless it's in the process of committing a crime, and you still haven't identified an actual crime.

Cite the actual law you think was violated. Because "there was an undocumented guy in my car" isn't a crime. Nor is "being undocumented and crossing state lines". Nor is "being undocumented and not having a valid visa". I could go on.

Here is a lawyer I follow on Tiktok that has been right about just about everything in this case so far. The video is LOOOOONG, but it explains why EVERYTHING in this indictment is bullshit.

They allege in the indictment that Garcia did thousands of trafficking trips of not just people but guns, drugs and even children, BUT he only has charges for conspiracy to transport aliens, and unlawful transportation of undocumented aliens.

The indictment is 100% bullshit, if Garcia did anything they are alleging, they would be charging him for it. He is going to win a HUGE lawsuit, not only for wrongful arrest, but for defamation.
