You gotta remember. Some of these people are literally only here because of Pizza Gate. They believe that Dems and the Leftist have a massive secret pedo ring and their entire reason for voting Trump was to expose all the child trafficking. These people are 100% disaffected right now over this and I don't see them coming back to the table and voting in Trump or their allies after this.

I’m all for conspiracy nutjobs self-selecting themselves out of the electoral process, but I’m not sure, at the end of the day, how numerous those specific people are.

There are definitely numerous prominent right wing individuals parroting or at least tacitly supporting those conspiracies, but those are generally the same ones falling in line. To them all of this Epstein stuff was just another handful of mud to sling at the wall, and it not going anywhere or amounting to anything just like Obama’s birth certificate or Hunter Biden’s laptop or “locking her up” means they just move on the thousand other handfuls of mud they’re hoping stick like “her emails” or “Biden old.”

Gotta make sure they don't forget about it. Every time you talk to them go something like "man fucking Biden had 4 years to release the Epstein info, who do you think they protecting? I wish Trump brings justice to all those pedos".

Desperate to change the narrative, Trump says "Okay, I've released the MLK files, are you happy now?"

"No," say 100% of all reasonable people, "we already know who did it. This is a distraction tactic and a retarded one."

I got a better distraction. Buttery Males, I mean "But Her Emails!!!!"

Bondi released an declassified appendix for the 2018 Inspector General report on Clinton's use of a private email server.

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...31e05c8e&ei=30

Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Monday that the Justice Department has released a declassified appendix from the 2018 Inspector General’s report, shedding new light on the FBI’s investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

This step follows a long-standing appeal from Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, who has consistently advocated for more openness about the investigation.

Grassley released the document on Monday after receiving it from Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel.

The newly released appendix shows the FBI retrieved thumb drives, described as containing hacked State Department data, including messages from former President Barack Obama — but did not fully analyze their contents, per theWashington Examiner.

The Clinton email controversy dates back to 2009–2013, when Clinton conducted official business via a private, home-based email system. The FBI concluded she had been “extremely careless” but did not find evidence of criminal intent, opting not to press charges.

Bondi’s Monday announcement also intersects with ongoing controversy over the handling of documents related to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Conservatives had pressed for the release of Epstein’s “client list,” but a DOJ-FBI memo later said that no such list existed and emphasized that most materials remain sealed to protect victims.

Responding to calls for further disclosure, the Justice Department filed a request Friday to unseal grand jury transcripts in the Epstein case — following directives from President Donald Trump and public pressure.

However, legal experts have warned that the request is unlikely to reveal much new information, pointing out that grand jury presentations in the Southern District of New York usually include only enough detail to support an indictment, not exhaustive evidence.

Meanwhile, Bondi's Monday decision was criticized as a "distraction" on social media.

Podcaster Brian Allen wrote on the social platform X: "Trump’s DOJ just reopened the Clinton email investigation — releasing documents from the failed 2016 probe under James Comey. Pam Bondi’s DOJ says this is about 'transparency.' But we all know what this really is: political theater to distract from the Epstein fallout and criminal referrals now hitting Trump’s own administration. They’re flailing. And they’re running out of cards to play."

Another X user wrote: "NEW: Here we go again… it’s 2025 and they’re still yelling 'BUT HER EMAILS!' Pam Bondi is releasing more Clinton email drama, because when Trump world feels the Epstein heat, they always reach for Hillary. It’s not about justice or anything serious, other than about a distraction for MAGA base. The smoke machine is on full blast."
Because that is where the information is at about Epstein, on Clinton's email server. Along side the pictures of UFOs from Roswell and Area 51.

So Harvard won its case against Trump. For now.

    https://www.rawstory.com/trump-harvard-2673539482/

President Donald Trump conceded an "automatic loss" in the Harvard federal funding case before Judge Allison D. Burroughs even ruled on Monday.

rump posted to social media, "The Harvard case was just tried in Massachusetts before an Obama appointed Judge. She is a TOTAL DISASTER, which I say even before hearing her Ruling. She has systematically taken over the various Harvard cases, and is an automatic 'loss' for the People of our Country!""]Trump posted to social media, "The Harvard case was just tried in Massachusetts before an Obama appointed Judge. She is a TOTAL DISASTER, which I say even before hearing her Ruling. She has systematically taken over the various Harvard cases, and is an automatic 'loss' for the People of our Country!"

Harvard sued the Trump administration for withholding $2.6 billion in federal funds as punishment for allegedly allowing antisemitism to run rampant on campus.

NBC News reported Monday afternoon that the judge did, in fact, appear to "lean in favor of Harvard University" during oral arguments.

Trump's post continued, "Harvard has $52 Billion Dollars sitting in the Bank, and yet they are anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, and anti-America. Much of this money comes from the U.S.A., all to the detriment of other Schools, Colleges, and Institutions, and we are not going to allow this unfair situation to happen any longer.

"How did this Trump-hating Judge get these cases? When she rules against us, we will IMMEDIATELY appeal, and WIN. Also, the Government will stop the practice of giving many Billions of Dollars to Harvard, much of which had been given without explanation. It is a longtime commitment to Fairness in Funding Education, and the Trump Administration will not stop until there is VICTORY. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"
And this is why Murdock needs to actually let Trump take his case against him to trial. Figure once he gets there, he will chicken out like normal.

Someone needs to post Trump's wl rate for court cases, although there might be too many of them

I asked ChatGPT, so just know that it might not be totally accurate but does give a decent look without someone sitting around doing hours of research for a meme about the President on World of Warcraft forums.

Here’s a clearer breakdown of Donald Trump’s win/loss record in court, with separate tallies for his time as a private citizen and as President, including settlements:
As a Private Citizen / Businessman (before 2017)
Total cases with clear outcomes: 4,000+ (state & federal)
    Forbes
    +1
    Democracy Forward
    +1
    Wikipedia
    +1
    Democracy Forward
    +1

Win rate: ~92% of resolved cases

    Losses: ~8%

Settlements: Numerous – the vast majority are not broken out separately, but include:

1973 Fair Housing: settled, no admission of guilt
    Wikipedia
    1988 antitrust: settled, $750K payment
2013 Trump University: major settlement refunds
    2025 “60 Minutes” vs. CBS: settled in Trump’s favor, $16 M

We lack a precise split of how many wins/losses came via settlement vs. outright verdict, but many wins were courtroom victories.
    As President (2017–2025)
    Win rate:
    ~31–40% wins
    ~60–69% losses

    CITATION:
    Forbes: ~31% wins, ~60% losses, and ~9% others/dismissals
    Democracy Forward
Bloomberg / Adam Bonica: ~96% losses in May 2025 at district-court level
    Democracy Docket
    Broad trend: ~60% losses overall
    Forbes

    Settlements during Presidency:

    In Trump’s favor:

July 2025, CBS (Paramount): $16M settlement

December 2024, ABC News: $15M settlement
    The Times

Against Trump: While he faced many injunctions and rulings, confirmed settlements paid by Trump during presidency are not well-publicized.
    Combined Totals (Private + Presidential)
We can approximate, but the breakdown is rough:

Period Approx. Cases Wins (%) Losses (%) Settled in Trump's Favor Settled Against Trump
Private 4,000+ 92% 8% Numerous (e.g. Fair Housing, antitrust, Trump University) Some – settlements where outcome wasn’t a win/loss verdict
Presidential ~328+ ~31–40% ~60–69% At least 2 (CBS, ABC) Unclear—many losses, but few settlement payments
Combined ~4,300+ Overall ~85–90% private era; ~33% overall when weight by raw numbers ~10–15% private era; ~55% overall weight by raw numbers At least a few dozen Several, but fewer with public payouts
    Key Takeaways
Before presidency: Trump won ~92% of his clear-cut cases as a private businessman. Settlements were very common—many wins happened outside court, and losses/settlements included notable ones (housing, antitrust, Trump University).

As President: His win rate dropped significantly to ~31–40%, with losses around ~60%. Settlements in his favor include high‑profile media cases, but losses predominated.

Overall: Weighted by volume, his overall historical win rate remains high (due to private-era volume), but during presidency it's markedly lower. Settlements have been more impactful by dollar sums rather than case count.

    Settlements Breakdown
    Settled in Trump’s favor:

Pre-2017: Fair Housing, antitrust, Trump University, etc.

Presidential: CBS 60 Minutes ($16M), ABC News defamation ($15M).

    Settled against Trump:

Pre-2017: Trump University refunds, antitrust penalty, various business settlements.

Presidential: Fewer known cases with payments by Trump—most losses were court rulings rather than settlements.

    Summary of Rates
Private era: ~92% wins (excluding settlements), ~8% losses, many favorable settlements.

    Presidency: ~31–40% wins, ~60% losses, ~9% other/dismissals, a handful of favorable settlements.

Combined: High win rate overall, but significant divergence between eras, with settlements playing a major role.

Donald Trump admits to committing treason.

"Whoa! That's not what the headline says!"

    Actually, yes, it does.

resident Donald Trump has accused former President Barack Obama of "treason" as Trump seeks to move on from the backlash he has received from his supporters over his administration's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.

Trump said Tuesday he chose not to pursue charges against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton after his 2016 election win, but now believes it's time to go after his political adversaries.

During remarks in the Oval Office, he accused former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan, Obama, and others of unlawfully conspiring against him.

"After what they did to me—right or wrong—it's time to go after people," Trump said.
So here comes the admission. Trump is accusing Clinton and Obama of treason for interfering with the 2016 election, pushing false narratives and taking direct Executive actions to change the result. First of all, they didn't. Second of all, Trump made far more false claims, and took far more direct actions (mostly court cases he lost), about the 2020 election. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing an attack on the Capitol which led to a thousand arrests and multiple deaths, then pardoning the offenders.

I posit, with years of evidence, that there is no threshhold for treason that Obama even accusedly crossed which Trump did not go further on purpose in public proudly.

Therefore, as I haven't done these in a while, I offer a 24-hour challenge to all Trump supporters. There are three options:

    1) Admit Trump's claims of "treason" have no legal weight or standing, in the "he was joking" line of thinking, and that no charges should be filed.

    2) Admit Trump has done as much as Obama and worse, and therefore, admit Trump is a traitor.

    3) Explain why Trump is innocent and Obama is guilty, with currently available evidence and precedent. I'll give you an honest chance.

Failure to answer in 24 hours means I get to answer for you. That answer will be "I admit Trump is a traitor, but I voted for a terrorist and pedophile on purpose, so this changes nothing".

  18. #112078
Ya'll just know Trump and his administration is absolutely giddy about a 79-year old dying so it takes the news off another 79-year old in failing health who is likely implicated in child sex crimes that are actively attempted to be covered up.

god damn man, a lotta white folk are still big mad they can't get away with saying teh n-word without some social repercussions anymore
American public sentiment suffers greatly from them not having been part of the battlefields of WWII. They saw Nazism rise in popularity in their own country only for it to slip quietly into the shadows and fester for decades. It's a pimple that became a deep-rooted cyst rather than getting a head and being popped while it was young.

Not having to fight the war on their own continent was obviously hugely beneficial but it allowed the American population to live with a casual separation from the real-world politics, events, effects, and aftermath of the war. It was never a war of survival for the Americans, it was never a war fought in their backyards, and that allowed most of the civilian population to keep the war at arm's length. It was something that could be looked at but didn't need to be felt.

Without the feeling of the war being indelibly pressed into the civilian population there's just no way for American civilians to truly understand the depth of meaning behind some of these words and ideas. Conflating the impact of a term used to demean and repress black people with the literal name of an ideology just shows how, for most American civilians, "Nazi" is (almost literally) just a word. It's not a descriptor, it holds no weight, they can't go and look at it's effects on their local environment.

And no, Pearl Harbour doesn't count - it was a (relatively) small attack on a military target, isolated and localized, and caused by a completely different enemy with a different ideology. Imagine a different timeline where American civilians experienced 1000+ Nazi-led Pearl Harbours in their home states - I bet the term Nazi wouldn't get so casually shrugged off as just a meaningless relic.

sadly i'm going to have to disagree with you.
the US civil war ended in 1865, and over 150 years later we still have confederate statues and state parks and such named after confederate generals, "the south will rise again" is a common cultural artifact, active and aggressive racism is one of the core foundations of US culture.

the fact is, US citizens fucking LOVE regressive ideology - if you have some hateful views that can end with an -ism suffix americans are fucking on board for it.
if you can identify a group, any group it doesn't even matter what group it is so long as it's an identifiable group, americans will jump at the chance to make their entire identity about destroying that group's existence.
this is just what the united states is, this is what the united states has always been.
religious weirdos too extreme and bizarre for early 1600s church of england along with a devil's horde of grifters and psychos planted the seeds and nothing and nobody has ever done anything to stop it since.

if the nazis had done a ground invasion of the US and taken over, i dunno let's say from north carolina down to florida, the entire east coast of the US would be dotted to this day with statues of hitler and calls to remember their proud nazi heritage.
