You mean literal "tax and spend"? Honestly, less. Trump only cares about Trump, and Trump can't run again. He does not value loyalty and is less likely to pay someone for their effort, when he gets nothing from it. Also he's senile and retarded and might just forget it's something he can do.

    Congress might.

If Trump does anything to support cattle farmers, he would likely try to make it Trump Steaks. F that. lol I'd become vegetarian before that.

Waste of time and effort. Reasonable people would know that's just money being spent on falsehoods and propaganda. The cult already say Trump has made things better when their numbers are all objectively false. That's why every time I challenge tehdang with an objective falsehood Trump said, daring him to explain or even just to comment, he hides like a coward bitch under his pillow and cries for a week.

I get that. Most of what he's done is blatantly illegal. But there's a world of difference between "a court ruled against it" and "that ruling is enforced."

    Technically, there is more.

Trump's head of counter terrorism is a 22-year-old former intern with no experience who fired most of his staff almost immediately. The killer was spouting off on social media, and should have been sending out red flags. Team Trump fired the people who were there to see them. Then feigned outrage when they were caught failing at their job.

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. asserted, on Wednesday, that he could tell when a child is dealing with “mitochondrial challenges” or “inflammation” by just looking at them.

Lamenting about the health of America’s youth, Kennedy, who does not hold a medical degree, espoused misinformation about juvenile diabetes and autism rates while claiming he can look at a child and determine they are sick.

“I know what a healthy child is supposed to look like,” Kennedy said during a press briefing with Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who signed a Make America Healthy Again bill on Wednesday.

I’m looking at kids while I walk through the airports today, as I walk down the street, and I see these kids that are just overburdened with mitochondrial challenges, inflammation, you can tell it from their faces, from their body movement, and from their lack of social connection,” Kennedy continued.
RFK JR., who notably has zero medical training, can diagnose children he's looking at in public based on a quick glance.

Why is RFK Jr. looking at children in public?

    He is not a doctor.

Anyways, there's so much chaos at the CDC under RFK Jr., a non-doctor, conspiracy theorist, and certified malicious retard who will be directly responsible for countless deaths.

Republicans are gonna get a lot more Americans killed.

    “Will be?”

RFK jr. was heavily involved in spreading vaccine misinformation following an instance of medical malpractice in American Samoa when two infants were accidentally drugged and sadly died in preparation to receive a vaccine (so not the vaccine itself!) which he quickly co-opted into an anti-vaccine campaign in the territory causing a precipitous decline in rates of vaccination in infants. This then lead to dozens (I’m talking ~70) of deaths of children from preventable diseases like measles in the subsequent years because their parents had refused to vaccinate them.

“Will be” already sailed; man has blood on his hands already.

Trump Suggests Putin Wants to End War, as Zelensky Looks On
    -Sept 27, 2024

“I’ve been saying that I believe if I win, we’re going to have a very fair, and I think, actually rather rapid deal,” Mr. Trump said. The war, he added, “should stop, and the president wants it to stop. I’m sure President Putin wants it to stop. And that’s a good combination. So we want to have a fair deal for everybody.”
Zelensky was in the room when that happened.

Russian missiles pound Ukraine, damage EU and British offices
    -Yesterday

Russia pounded Ukraine with deadly missiles and drone strikes early on Thursday in a sweeping attack that the U.S. special envoy on Ukraine said undermined President Donald Trump's peace efforts.

At least 23 people were killed in the capital, Tymur Tkachenko, head of Kyiv's military administration, said on Telegram. As of 11 p.m. (2000 GMT) rescue efforts were still underway.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said the strike, the second-largest attack since Russia launched a full-scale invasion in February 2022, was Moscow's answer to diplomatic efforts to end its war.

U.S. special envoy Keith Kellogg commented on X: "The targets? Not soldiers and weapons but residential areas in Kyiv - blasting civilian trains, the EU & British mission council offices, and innocent civilians."
"Whoa, that's not fair. You only quoted the many times Trump said Putin was looking for peace. But Trump many times said Putin was not looking for peace!"

So your defense is that he's wildly inconsistent? Or is your defense that Putin keeps suckering him? Have I ever told you about the definition of insanity?

    "Trump did threaten dire consequences!"

Did he say what they'd be?

"Uh...sometimes he said it was sanctions, sometimes he did not specify."

    Have any happened?

    "Well, no."

Can you give any objective evidence that Putin is looking for anything other than the partial, or total, annexation of the country they invaded without cause? Anything that suggests a result other than invading a country and taking some or all of it? Because I don't believe such exists.

"Well, we don't have all the details that were discussed. With nothing specific to work with, the only conclusion a Trump supporter would allow themselves to draw is that Trump has a bigly yuge peace plan that magically makes everyone winners, but for some reason, Putin isn't taking it."

Cool story, bro. Hey, why hasn't Trump bombed Moscow?

"Trump would never do that! Trump clearly wants peace, as shown by his constantly saying Putin wants peace between the waves of troops and civilian targets."

Trump said he threatened to bomb Moscow if Putin attacked Ukraine, 2024 fundraiser tapes show

Trump told a private gathering of donors last year that he once sought to deter Russian President Vladimir Putin from attacking Ukraine by threatening to “bomb the sh*t out of Moscow” in retaliation, according to audio provided to CNN.

“With Putin I said, ‘If you go into Ukraine, I’m going to bomb the sh*t out of Moscow. I’m telling you I have no choice,’” Trump said during one 2024 fundraiser, according to the audio. “And then [Putin] goes, like, ‘I don’t believe you.’ But he believed me 10%.”

Trump later claimed he relayed a similar warning to Chinese President Xi Jinping over a potential invasion of Taiwan, telling him that the US would bomb Beijing in response.
That was July 8, 2024. As in, before Trump said he could end the war in 24 hours.

"You typoed and said ten percent."

No. I didn't. Neither did CNN. If you search for "But he believed me 10%" you will find dozens of reliable sources. And also FOX News. *ding* It was Trump who said ten percent, and, well, considering Putin is invading harder than ever and Moscow remains unbombed by Trump, I think 10% seems about right. Funny how Trump told the truth most likely by accident.

Also, maybe it's me, but I don't think China believes Trump, either. Considering, you know, Moscow hasn't been bombed yet.

Or, of course, Trump lied when he was talking to donors. That's very reasonable, considering Trump lies all the time about everything. The only thing we know isn't the truth is that Putin believed Trump 100%, because of the bombings and civilian targets.

So, massive new attack, EU official buildings were hit, besides the civilian targets. Trump has proven negatively effective at peace. We willing to place bets on how long before Trump says Putin wants peace again? Because based on that timeline, it'd be late September. I'm calling Sept 20.

"Well Trump might actually bomb Moscow!"

    Cool story, bro.

    "Or he might threaten with-"

Have I ever told you about the definition of insanity?

So the National Guard aren't just so overwhelmed with all the crime in DC they're *checks notes* picking up trash

    https://www.reddit.com/r/army/commen...g_orders_from/

They're also doing landscaping projects, too.

Apparently at the direction of some member of the administration in a suit who I bet is not in the chain of command.

It was very important to pull these Guardsmen away from their jobs to pick up trash and do landscaping work so donald can feel like a big man.

This is truly the most pathetic shit, and the entire Republican party remains a sad, pathetic cult.

Ah yes, the administration continues to ignore court orders and cry about "activist judges" who enforce the laws and who actually ask for things like "evidence" and "documentation" to ensure rules and procedures are followed.

I say again: No pardons should protect these people. These are fundamentally bad, dishonest people.

A federal judge ruled on Thursday that Trump administration official Kari Lake can't unilaterally fire the director of Voice of America, saying she's breaking the law in trying to do so.
    Well why not?!

Instead, by law, Lake must have the explicit backing of an advisory panel set up by Congress to help insulate the international broadcaster and its sister networks from political pressure. As President Trump dismissed six of the seven members of the panel shortly after taking office and has not named their replacements to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate, Lake cannot take such an action.
    Ah

Because she's in a role that's supposed to be independent, acting like a cultist, trying to circumvent the rules to deliver for daddy. Illegally.

Voice of America Director Michael Abramowitz had initially been offered a reassignment to oversee a handful of employees at a shortwave radio transmission facility in Greenville, N.C. But the reassignment would have been illegal, too, U.S Senior District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth wrote.

"The defendants do not even feign that their efforts to remove Abramowitz comply with that statutory requirement," Lamberth wrote in his decision. "There is no longer a question of whether the termination was lawful."
Again: These people aren't very good at this.

Lake said the Trump administration would appeal Lamberth's ruling. "Elections have consequences, and President Trump runs the executive branch," she said. "I have confidence that the Constitution will eventually be enforced, even if not by Judge Lamberth and other radical district judges.
It's sure "interesting" how consistently Donald and his administration speak of themselves like dictators, or working for dictators. "he won so he gets to do what he wants" no cunt, that's not how it works.

At a court hearing Monday, U.S. Justice Department attorneys pointed to President Trump's executive order in March to reduce the network to the smallest level allowed by law. As an example, Lamberth kept returning to the elimination of the Korean language service — though programming in that language is required by Congress under the law.

The government's attorney, Michael Velchik, said he contested that it was required, but did not elaborate.
Probably because you can't defend transparently unlawful acts like this administration is engaged on in a widespread manner.

The government attorneys argued on Lake's behalf that Abramowitz should have gone through administrative remediation. But Judge Lamberth noted the law explicitly dictates that a Voice of America director cannot be appointed or removed without a bipartisan majority -- five of the seven members.
the remaining lawyers at the government seem like they suck, but then again they don't have much to work with.

If we are going to go down that path, she should know she just argued that pretty much every tariff Trump has enacted is no longer valid(only Congress has the power of the purse and only Congress can lay taxes and duties) AND Trump activating any part of the National Guard without permission of the States themselves that isn't part of DC itself would now be invalid(the NG is actively controlled by the states, not the federal government).

I am pretty sure there are others but those are 2 of the bigger ones.
